n95, 5800, e71 are all better phones with no problems

A very annoyed N97 O, 20 Sep 2009I have had my first n97 for 6 weeks before it was exchanged... moreyes. its the same. return rates are very high everywhere on the n97 for the reasons well debated. We all are hoping the for the current set of n97 owners nokia does something to overhaul the firmware. for now its money sunk on the device. form the day i bought its gone for repairs. Mine is still under repairs - day 22 today. 8 more days before nokia can tell if they can fix the faults. there are far too many options to choose from rather than get saddled with the n97 or its sibling with the current firmware.

I have had my first n97 for 6 weeks before it was exchanged for constantly freezing/hanging. My next one lasted half as long and had the same problem. Only 3 weeks! It's gone back and i'm expecting number 3 any day now! I strongly recommend any other phone than this pile of junk. Wait for the New SE x2 or the Satio.

N97 still selling well even after n900
n97 is small size , comfortable to hold in hand , good looking
compatible with garmin. Fm radio software and portrait mode!
I am not the serious mobile gamer, lack of 3d hard ware is fine with me! I hat e the lack of infrared which can turns this phone onto remote controller

The n97 is much more beautiful but the software "Maemo 5" of N900 lay the ground for the n97.

N97 is better than N900 in term of size, design and battery
n900 is better than n97 in other areas
agree! Can nokia earns more by putting a weak ram of 128?
Stupid nokia engineering and management!
Anyway n97 is a good phone if you run an or two app at a time !!!!!
Buy it only when the price drops to €350! may be in December 2009
