i have mine for about a week. software version is 11.0.021 and RM-505 but there is no fm transmitter this is a europian versian made by finland and with russian and roman language pack. im posting from iran and the market was full of chinees made under finland lisence and i paid more for this europian versian but there is no fm transmitter

i heard that the n97 white version has better firmware. apparently they are made in china but updated in finland, unlike the black n97 phones.

HTC Phone have resistive touch screen can you say that phone are bad. NOKIA is the king of cell phone industry.
Yes N97 have some problem but this phone one of best in today market.

the real N97 works fine and the battery last about
3-4 days of average use. Many copies of N97 are on market right now, so buy only the original. Charging the battery full takes precisely 2 hours and 20 minutes. Remember that. I am not a Nokia fan. So buy the original N97.

Give me the capacitive n97, I would v very happy
I don't care 434mhz and 128 of ram
Len scratches, open / close the Len cover with fingernail
go capacitive for n97i, it would be the perfect phone for mass market
Glass is better than plastic, just my opinion

It is just adding touch capability to v5! But nokia doesnot add new ui, the ui is only best for non touch device, no new ui at all for touch device
symbian s60v5 os is mature but no touch ui:(((((((((((((((
Ui and designer icon. Are one of the main things that attracts many people, nokia do you know it
iPhones os and blackberry have nice icons and ui

mido, 07 Aug 2009guys is N97 made in china or finland,because i heared many... moreI bought my phone in Singapore airport duty free, I've had no probs so far, I downloaded the latest software version 11.0.021, haven't really noticed any difference yet. It seems the N97 when bought in Asia will be made in China and the European and possibly the US versions are made in Finland, both still good products according to other posters here.

hi i brought this phone it is crap i had it for 2wks and did not like it all, it kept freezing so out with the battery back in with the battery.the ring tone kept going back to the default one,, so it was a waste of money ,so i have gone back to my other nokia the e75 i think thats my best one so far....

I wonder how GSMARENA can get all Nokia phone made in Findland post the picture here. But when I bought the phone from nokia.com, they just ship to me the phone made in china. Is it a fake from Nokia?
