Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970If you have to choose between the N97 and Omnia HD - I would definately choose the N97. The windows mobile on the smartphones are just not 100% toward some of the phone's most important functions. This will most likely change with Windows mobile 7.
The N97 might not be the fastest, but it packs the most toys and features of any smartphone out there. I heard that after the next firmware update we can expect speed improvements, on-screen qwerty and some other major gui enhancements. Mark my words - this phone will become as popular if not more, than the N95.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Bro i have the same problem, but i heard tat samsung HD 8910i is really bad, people who brought the fone gave it bak in 1 day....and N 97 is really good, i was only nt buying N 97 becoz of keyboard, but wen i saw the fone, i love it will be selling my 5800 for white N 97....HD 8901i has many bugs , lot of s60 v50 apps nt working on samsung HD....

ac2lly so far so gud. had my phone for about 4 days now. it has a way better response than that of the 5800 regarding the touchscreen feature.only prob i have is the battery. lasts only for about 12hrs. thats why im bringing it back tomoro.

I am currently using a Sony Ecrisson P1 and want to buy a Nokia N97. I am concerned that my contact backup (.vcf) file will not restore on the Nokia. Instead it will only restore the first contact. Is there any utility one can use to import all the contacts. Outlook will not work for me since I have created more contact fields than outlook can take. Thanks (xaxong@yahoo.com)

If I did get it I'd get it i... moreRight now laptops have the weaknesses of mobiles and desktops, but not their strengths: laptops are both less powerful than desktops, and less portable than mobiles. But there's no mobile that can be compared with laptops right now... but in the future there might be. We'll most likely see either ultra-portable devices, but less powerful, or ultra-powerful devices, but less portable, in the future.
I know, it's a hard choise right now...
