Gresi, 17 Jun 2009yes u can edit the document but first purchase the edit sof... moreThat's strange I just went to the Quickoffice site and it says it's not available for the N97 or the Symbian S60 v5 platform, it's there for Symbian S60 v3 which is most of the E-Series and earlier N-Series.
Unfortunately the N97 is only good as a child's toy, until it can work as a real business phone like the iPhone.

The N97 has a physical keyboard so you will be stuck with the keyboard it comes with.
You might be able to write Korean with the stylus but I don't know about that.

Slow old N97 with a couple of widgets is no match for an iPhone 3Gs loaded up with business applications, so have they got word and excel editing working on it yet?
You know because adults with their iPhones, Blackberry's and WinMo phones need that for business

See... children don't know the difference between 3mp and 5mp, because they haven't started learning to count 1..2..3..! Lol. N97 is best gadget for grown up ONLY. and the rest of apple boys can playing around carrying their toy. We are as parent so relieved because we can do our own activity instead of taking care of you all the time. Don't be naughty though..!

Apple only sold lots of iphones because it knows people like gimmicks. They like touchscreens. They like games. They like style, etc. They like wasting money on mostly pointless downloads. Apple know how to market products. The iphone isn't the most revolutionary phone in terms of hardware, but market it well and make it extremely easy to use so that any dumb sheep could figure it out, and its sold. Not until when the iphone 3GS is released, will I ever see the iphone as a true competitor to modern touchscreen devices. I'm not comparing the iphone to the N97 or trying to imply the N97 is the better product, I'm just saying that Apple's hardware specifications aren't top of the range compared to other devices.

Nokia users are living in the past. you're all just so defensive because Nokia used to rule the mobile world. USED TO! But since iphone release the world has been taken by storm, which is why Apple posted the greatest profit of all the mobile phone manufacturers. you're just defending cause you cant stand that your beloved nokia has been knocked off the perch of greatest phone manufacturer and now Apple stands tall! I love Apple and will argue with anyone who thinks otherwise and I will win because all you have to do is look at the specs and iphone reigns supreme!

For N97 user.. can you tell me if the office editor present in your phone or not? coz GSM Arena review stated it isn't not in the package unless you doing upgrade. If so, is upgrade available already and how much the cost any body know? thanks.
