Separate camera n flash becoz whn u take pics in flsh on mode it effects right side of pic.this is the only problem i had seen in n97....otherwise it wil be aoerfect fone to every one

I have been using this phone for a year now, and although I have some reservations about the perfomance of its camera, its design and performance are totally out of this world...If I lost it todat I would buy the same one again!!

i hav been using dis fone for a v ery long tym i'm enjoyin d fone even though it used to giv me some problems i.e wen dowloading, battery lasting but d white one i sold was generally fault from d manufacturers/producers.
finaly its better dan bb and any oda fones used before.

THis is the worst mobile from nokia.This worst have nothing.I HAVE EXPERIENCE it and this has nothing.Say goodbye to Nokia.Please don't buy this phone.

I have had this phone for some months and I've found this phone a piece of junk. Following are some of the major problems I experienced.
1. It is sluggish.
2. Right speaker won't work.
4. Flash light comes in lens making pictures useless when taken with flash on.
5. It is very very very slow.
never buy this phone.

HI friends,
Here is a tips for u,, yesterday i brought N97 ok. i found 50% excelent and50% very bad quality read how,,, no dought this device is very good like on going easy process for all types of apps even you can compare to apple3, E7, Galaxys2 all most feutures are supported but when u start using it you will experience it getting slowly heat without your knowlege batterie will start losing its strenght i.e. there are many apps preloaded its keep on running every time you have look which one is open even if u try to close other will open unlike other phones this device will eat rapidly battery power later on you will loose interest using it prequently.
solution to keep it cool and for long life> fallow this if still insist to buy this set.
1.once u use internet return back to GSM mode.
2.ignore running extra apps which is not realy u need and dont forget close it by going option then select exit, 3. never ever keep your email notifier synchronizing online use email for a time going directly by opening web page.4.take care of your kids may run games and leve it like they dont know any more and that apps keep on running behing and you dont why battery goes off rapidly.5.always remember this device has little internal phone memory keep it to run smoothly receving sms,mms, email,videocalls etc. any thing new download it directly in having 32 gb inbuilt mass-memory.6.always use friendly gently opening slider ie. avoiding giving to kids that all other wise this set is ok. enjoy or alway compare what u need exactly then choose the set before buy.

Been a long time since I've seen the face of this phone and you know I never miss it. I sold mine after 3 months and good riddance. The I bought 5800 and still have it and love it. (writing this comment on my 5800 actually). Just came here to say to all people that have this failure, god be with you. I'd say sell it as soon as possible and move on and don't be rush on Nokia for releasing this failure, you know things happens and they made a big mistake releasing N97. They even admitted it themselves. So just move on and say farewell to N97. Pretend it never happened.

AnonD-10337, 16 Jul 2011go for it I have nothing against this fone.this got to be. The nokia's best.even though there are many fones released after this one,none matches N97.they made this one with a vision.hats off to you N97.

I have just received my htc sensation and it completely blows the n97 right out of the water. My previous phone was the n97. It was okay at first but the famous memory problems finally forced me to get a new phone. The n97 has a huge 32 gig hard drive but only a small amount of phone memory. The phone memory fills up way faster than the hard drive almost uncontrollably. A lot of programs downloaded to the phone memory and the phone gives a memory full warning and will no longer operate properly. I still use my n97 to store extra photos and such because the hard drive is so big, but if I had it to do over again I would not buy the phone. If you were wondering, I like my htc sensation so far and I think that I may just keep it.

it's a very good phone, it's better than blackberry, i gave my blackberry to my small brother to play with it and now i'm using this powerful phone :)
