Allan, 28 Feb 2009i don't have to convert music to get it on my phone!! ... morejust a reminder. Limewire has lots of virus, you should scan all your downloaded file using an AntiVirus before transferring it to your phone.

we love keeping track of new interaction technologies and this new touchscreen by stantum looks especially promising. engadget shot a hands-on video with it at the mobile world conference. it’s a resistive screen, so it can be used with both fingers and styluses (unlike capacitive screens). it’s sensitive enough that you could use a brush too. the screen supports any number of multitouch points and does pressure sensing based on the size of the detected fingertip. the touch detection is actually more accurate than the screen can display. stantum is hoping mobile manufactures will pick up their input framework for inclusion in new devices. the resistive touchscreen was built to stantum’s specifications (it won’t work with current phones), but they say it wouldn’t be hard to go into mass production.

Limewire has it already. drag into my documents, then nokia pc suite. No conversion needed!

The Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is now available in the US with North American 3G frequency support (read: AT&T (NYSE: T) 3G support)! Good news for Symbian touchscreen fans with an itch for all things music, to be sure, but there’s something you should know about early-production Nokia (NYSE: NOK) 5800 XpressMusic handsets. According to Nokia, all 5800 XpressMusic cellphones manufactured before February sport defective speakers that will fail after just a few months of use.
The problem, apparently, is rooted in a low-quality component supplier serving up sub-par speaker units to Nokia’s factories. The problem was quickly identified and Nokia moved to not only replace the defective speaker units, but also kicked the garbage-pushing component supplier to the curb. The move has payed off with high-quality speakers now being shipped with all Nokia 5800 XpressMusic handsets. It would stand to reason that the new Nokia 5800 XM NAM is free of the defects that plagued earlier European models.
