It will be important to have a stylus as that will help CEO's and the likes of us to jot down notes in our own handwriting.... we still use sharpened pencils you see.

To me Nokia have a great move.Now we are looking for EXTRA ordinary features. No more taking about camera resolution???
Nokia is moving ahead by giving the 'Digital Compass' and 'FM Transmitter' ... Salute NOKIA.
But to me, if nokia can works with Microsoft to use Windows Mobile is much more better.

i would've drool over this if it has a 800x480 res, n a couple things... by the time this phone comes out it would've been just mediocure. but for me its mostly the low screen res that killed the deal for me

Six months ago there were no applications available for unjailbroken iPhone's.
Now there are almost as many available as for other phone platforms which have had years of development.
It was one of the things people used to bash the iPhone over, now it isn't an issue.

Some guy (Mr McCall) made the statement that he owns two Australian phone companies so Nokia gave him an N97.
Maybe Mr McCall could oblige us by posting a link to a picture of his N97 with an Australian Newspaper.
Otherwise it's a fantasy.

I' would really love those high end features on the n97 xenon flash 8-10 mega pixel, but the company has to the current version fits our pockets with so many features and apps (excellent)who cares about the one use iphone. I just thought of an unusual feature to ad to future Nseries phones finger recognition capabilities for security.nokia can be very creative when the ready.

You know what's funny guys how many apps you see for nokia phones and others but apple get the recongnition for there app store i had a motorola v360 and a nokia 6270 and i had so much apps and mods on both of them and this was 4 years ago XD ... There are so many apps for nokia it's not funny 10X more then the stupid app store but people don't the good of nokia in canada and US cause there scared of the symbian OS cause there noobs they just like the hype of a company(apple)...... With no support just hey my iphone is broken here have a new on... And the rebox the broken one and sell it back XD

jesus crist you lot live in a fantasy world, you get way envovled in mobile phones, and come up with crazy things you're all crazy people please go away you're brain washed and crazy you bring up things that aint got nothing to do with the nokia n97, you spend way to much money on mobile phones to you lot can't get alife you're seriously stupid and crazy load of people you walk around with $1000 dollor phone in you're hand and it doesn't do anything just makes a call and does a stupid picture. and you lot look at mobile phones all day long its you're life it's crazy get out buy something better

very good phone plz its possible plz few changes reqed. 1. infared port.2.camara pixels may be upto 7.2. 3.dual sim 4. all kind audio/video compitible. very nice. awesome handset.
