wat shud i do .. shud i take it to nokia care or sumthing..coz it seems its only my device????!!
1-to stop freezing while viewing picz
2-connect to wifi unlimitedly without getting disconnected [note: it was perfect in da first month]

..., 08 Jun 20101. i have 400 photos on my phone and it never takes up time... moreso any suggestions on what to do with this slowness nd freezing when opening pictures beacause i have only 180 picz and they r mostly small sizes anyway !!

Guys, if you are away from home, and maybe you use wi-fi hot-spots sometimes, than i advice you if you are not using that much in texting not to flip out keyboard to save battery live, if you are surfing web than use mini-Opera it has mini qwerty on screen keyboard for easy texting or BOLT browser, and easy and quick to download web-pages, otherwise SkyFire or WEB is using to much data download and that means is using extra battery live to.
I go two days hours of music and web with BOLT browser.

i think the reason why the phone doesnt last a day is because of the screen, coz its TFT type and it needs more power consumption and the screen is huge, and every time u use it in landscape mode, the backlight of the qwerty keyboard lights up even when the slide is close. unlike the amoled type screen samsung uses, it needs low power consumption. so dont compare it with phone that has smaller screens.

its getting hang often
its battery back up is too bad u have to carry a car charger and a portable charger vid u. i will not survive full day vid out charging for an average use.everything else is very good.

I em confused a bit with serial nr? the 7&8 is 04, for Finland shall be 00 or 01?
Can anyone tell me, wot is in your phone serial nr: the7&8 please.

I got a suggestions that check on this phone originally made from which country. Not only the phone the whole package... Charger, battery, earphone and etc-etc... Later on that you will no regret on buying this phones....

umm the usb connection between the phone and my macbook pro don't really work. The only way i can transfer files is through mass storage (Media, image transfer and also pc suite doesn't work). The battery is not that great (2 days). My 4 year old k800 has a battery life 3 times greater still. The first day after quite intense use, my battery was still full, the next day though after using some apps and functions the battery started to drain.

and its perfect fo... more1. i have 400 photos on my phone and it never takes up time to open it but i have to admit when my battery dies, and recharge it then boot up my phone it does happens even in my music library (i have 600 mp3) and video library (75 videos) but after a while it opens my files quickly.
2. the problem maybe with your internet connection.
3. it can only play mp4 files... u need a converter.

just got this phone last saturday..i noticed that the phone keeps on lagging..as if it has not enough ram to run the apps..besides its better for the phone to be upgraded on its processor and ram..for the other specs its really worth of buying it=)

had my n97 mini for a month now... hanging problems and battery doesnt last for 2 days.. take note that im using the phone for call and texting only... anyone here encountering hanging problems too? =(

i had this fone for about a month noww
and its perfect for me so far a few problems
1- sloww only wen u acess ur photoes
2- now wifi dissconects after like 1 minute ..and i have to keep reconnecting !!
3- my wmv videos are not workin //its only sound.
SO EXPERTS PLEASEEE HELPPP
