1-Dear Try to remember wich software you instaled on it,after that one its hanging, remove it.
2-After hard reseting its for mate only the phone memory if u have external memmory also formate that.
3-Instal new firmware if its available

any one with the idea of how to increase memory on the n97 mini? pls help. my phone is a month old but now i can not open certain applications. i get an error message that reads "memory full close some application and try again". how do i close applications that i can not even access?
please help.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970You should choose the N97 mini 'cause the E72 is just a qwerty phone i'm not saying that qwerty phones are not great('cause i'm using one) and as people said touchsrceen phones are now much better 'cause just navigating is already a great experience and the N97 mini rocks!!!

i just bought this phone its great,,feels great,works great..just want to know why i can send photo and music via the bluetooth to other phones but can not send video clips,,is this normal.?.thanks ...

I have been using it for a month now ... IT has really good functions ... and a lot of third party softwares ...
but after 2 weeks ... it started to hang alot ... I even had to hard reset it 3 days ago ... and it still hanged 2 times after that ...
I am a NOKIA fan ... but if u can find the same specifications in another phone then buy it ...
not recommended phone

n97 mini works great for me !!! didnt hang till now !!! u can update ur software n it works fine till now !! only been 3 days !! lets cc !!

Can some one tell me how to increase the strength of the vibration on this mini N97? Is really same as the model name, really mini on the vibration. I have many miss call even I put on my chest pocket!!!!!

this phone is in need of a new firmware update
i has got memory full erorr soon after i reboot my phone. Very unstable firmware, very crappy coders at nokia

my phone have been working ... moreDo now the memory card trick, insert mem cd in on condition, take it out and then batt, reinsert batt and mem cd and reboot, try it many time your luck might work, but shame on nokia for their flagship product doing silly problems, in this ecentric world.
New update is a psyco satisfaction, only to set customers at rest.

the more apps you install in it the higher the risk of causing hang etc
this nokia phone is so fragile

I realllly need HELP PLZZZZZ
my phone have been working for the last 3 weeks perfectly ... but yesterday it hanged ... and won't start again
everytime I remove the battery and put it again ... I start it ... It just shows a white screen with the nokia logo ...
