nokia phone is the best but need more fun to attract buyers!
I say this phone is quite good after i get used to it! I call it a phone because it is carrirer unlocked and et me make voip skypeout over 3g data, i like it very much nokia saves me a fortune
i bought it for singapore dollar 699 during xmas promotion

#1=n900 if you dont mind the size
#2=n97 mini
#3=e71
#4=n95 8gb
#5=5800
i had just about all nokia phones out and i can guarantee anyone that the n900 spanks anything in the market right now, now having said that there is not a full complete package that will satisfy everyone so if your confused about which phone to buy ask yourself what is more important to you when it comes to features

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970the sony aino is a joke the touchscreen doesn't even work when you slide it up, no qwerty keyboard, i dont even think its classified as a smartphone
you obviously haven't done any homework to have asked which one of these phones is better

this phone is super nice if you can get used to it.
Am witing for next major update
am happy with the keyboard and design. Nimbuzz voip over 3g is supperrrrrrrrrrrr

the best thing aboout nokia phone is
their phone is unlocked
and alloow me to do voip over 3g. This way save me alot of money

I am confused between the Nokia N97 Mini and Samsung B7610 OmniaPro. Infact, the samsung is for Rs.21,500, cheaper than N97m which is for about Rs.24-25k. The samsung has better larger amoled screen, faster processor, more ram etc. Has anybody here used both phones and can give their opinion?? Thx in advance...

based on design,battery,unique
2nd issue ,, is which one made in finland ,, or all of them r now made in china ? does it differ ?

The Omnia Pro has everything (except smaller display which I am ok with) plus a keyboard, and is similar in terms of specs. So I am more bent towards the Omnia Pro. Can we have some more user experiences here pls....

Jai, 23 Dec 2009I am contemplating buying the N97 mini or the Samsung Omnia... morehey dude if u lukin 4ward then go 4 a nokia n97 mini but but but in BROWN/chrome colour, whatever colour it is... this paticular colour will give u a feel of holding an expensive mobile n simultaneously its the best u can get if looking 4ward for a full sliding keyboard mobil..
beside samsung b7610 , its also a good phone but if u wants 2 go 4 a samsung then go 4 samsung omnia i8000... it will do ur job
by the way i will suggest u HTC TOUC PRO 2..
if u can afford it go buy n fetch it from a grey market as it is the only place where u can get it in india.. its around 28k...

The Omnia Pro is available here in India for Rs.21000 I really dont think the Sony X2 would be anything less than 28-30,000 bucks, so I am not sure if waiting for that might be a good idea. Btw, even the N97 mini is for about 24,000, so the Omnia Pro feels even better value!

Both are great phones for sure. n97mini is running on very old technology and platform. Wait for another 6-9months for Nokia's new N Series line up which will be better.

Bad bad phone, when you open the keyboard, it appears that you may break it, dust accumulates on the upper surface of the keyboard and the back of the screen where the hinge is present, visible from the side, no way to clean it, tried it with a earbud, but not successful, screen is made up of soft flexible material, it gets indented, when you press it even with slightest pressure,especially near the earphone area, look at it from the side, surface appears wavy and cheap, not of high quality phone,Samsung screens (they are also resistive in most models)are much better, do not have these defects.
I returned it after using it for a week, and got the e72,which is a much better smartphone
