If im reading right, then nokia are gonna put the selling price of this phone at £420, then thats a joke! But a great market ploy! I mean the 'brains' of nokia are such scammers, 'oh if we put this close to the selling price of the 32gb n97, then people will pay the extra £30 or what ever quid to get the orginal N97. What a joke!

I hope it comes in some better colours than the one in the picture. The original colours the N97 came in especially the black was really nice. I hope it comes in that black. Also hope (and it better) that the price is a lot lower than €450.

Why would anyone want to buy this mini phone when you have a real version available for the same money? Plus this mini reminds me of mini-me from Austin Powers movies. They might of called it midget for crying out loud! Please, change the name when you bring this to US, like N97 reduced testosterone addition. And drop the price.

Nokia does a good job with this phone. It's for those who expect a great design with much metal and also need the most important features. It's like the long expected Armani phone: Samsung W8200... which is of course little bit more exclusive.
But for truth the price of n97 mini is little bit to high... it's nearly the same as n97 and no big evolution from hardware and software.... so I hope the price will fall in November to 400 €.
Thats my opinion! Does anybody of you agree with me?

nokia still cant learn from their mistakes. the biggest mistake here is: they dont use capacitive screen. they keep using resistive. so they fail.

Better phones come out, all the time.
Have none of you got better things to do than bitch about your own incompetence.
Do yourselves a favor and get a life, get a girlfriend and get laid.
Nokia has been my phone of choice time and time again. I consider it probably the most user friendly phone. I have recently acquired the N97 and for me it is the best device to date. Thank you Nokia, keep it going. The also look the best by any standard.
