First of all this phone's keyboard looks more normal than the normal version, which's navigational button seems to fit better the left-handed ppl. Personaly, as a right-handed european, i belive that this device fits better my needs and also the slightly ellegant finish is among pros. Maybe this will sound a little bit far fetched, but an update like this has been expected, so the normal version's price will decrease and this way it will become available to lower buget pokets. Overall, it's worth waiting for its release!

Nokia corp, if you do read please stop giving us good phones but bad os please please and please make a phone with windows mobile or google Android for once, give it a try and see what happens, make n900 have win mo or android and see how it will fly off the shelves.

What's the difference between this one & the original N97 ????
They sure look the same & almost the features !

n82, 11 Sep 2009I don't know, what is difference with the basic N97?It is a mini(smaller) version of the original. Has more memory as well but comes without the camera cover :( Also doesn't have a d-pad that you don't really need on a touch screen.

why does everybody complain on THE MINI? u dont even know hoe it works and the nokia factory never does something worse than the last time! i trust this model very much

Have you seen the outrageous price on this phone?
It's 560€!! That's like 100€ more than the original N97(street price)...so much for mini.

The N97 Mini is a beautiful phone, much better and looking then the plastic N97, and much sleeker. It's made out of metal like the E71. I saw a demo unit today at Nokia showroom, it looks and feels amazing, breathes pure quality. This is one classy phone, it makes the original N97 look and feel cheap. Can't wait til it comes out.

3g: 850/900/1900/2100mhz?...quadband 3g, then that would be the only plus about this phone and the color

i have the n97. it's good, but not as good as it should be. this mini is nothing worth shouting about.
