Anonymous, 03 Sep 2009i dnt understand any point in releasing this phone with not... moreI think you and others are missing the obvious, looking at the photos and spec, hopefully Nokia learnt from the original and have improved / upgraded this to actually work like the N97 should have. Well i'm hoping so as the N97 is a poor representation of a mordern mobile phone.

Just bought a HTC Touch Pro2 in Sweden. Very nice phone with tons of bands but regrettable it does not work on HSDPA 850 mhz in the East Coast of USA. SO, this Nokia may be the only true global businessphone??

Does anybody think that maybe there will be some users that will prefer to buy N97 mini instead of N97 BECAUSE is a mini version?
Maybe some of us dont need a 32 GB, maybe N97 it's just to big some people, maybe we dont need a very powerfull fron face camera ( who uses anyway ), just a phone which does he's job and ad a little fun in using it
I'm not a Nokia fun, I use a Nokia N79 , but all of you compleining about all this .
How many of you after you buy a new phone will use it on his true specifications?
After all a mobphone should act good as I phone, good web browser, good conectivity, a little fun to use and that's it.
Yes, the price on this mini is a little to much for an old processor and specs but from that to say that this phone is crap is a long way.
By the way, all of you facebooking, chating, tweetering,etc...go out , meet some real people, have fun, enjoy your life, GET a life, don't spend it in front of a mobile phone.

This is basically a "Smaller" version of the N97 - the real one, nothing specail about this N97. I would have loved it if Nokia produced a XpressMusic or even a Navigator version of the N97 just like they are doing with the 5800.
