NEVER TRY TO UPDATE IT'S SOFTWARE !! (12 to 30) or u will suffered like me.. Got blank on my screen coz the update was a failure.. The old Firmware version is still good, coz when my phone have been repaired, it's still use the old firmware (v12).. My only one disappointment is it's RAM capacity (128 MB only).. Still my best nokia phone (coz i can't buy the pricey E7 lol)..

hi boyes i use n97 mini i also face s problem it is sometime i lost my shortcart from my wallscine.if i close my phone and agani open than it ok.some time again ir happen.

does anyone know what the difference is between N97-3 and N97-5? (I know the N97-3 is the US version with 3G over ATT) but what is N97-5?

there is no flash support after the latest update ( from ver 12.0 to 30.0) do anyone have experienced the same

Its Really Working good & some one said wrong information in reviews. It is working smoothly and good internet speed in 3G networks. Compact and nice design........

Had this brand new fone for three weeks now. First a lot of problems ! Hanging, unable to open bluetooth files, unable to assign contact pics and also on home screen. Fully charged battery lasted just one night. Next morning it would be dead!!! After formatting and resetting, a great improvement and everything works well now. With moderate use, battery lasts for at least four days and connectivity has improved. What a relief !!!

Look the pricing for this fone is way to high nokia sucks in the first place so y would this fone be any better then the rest of them nokia should b outta comp. With the other phone companies. I think the pricing should b lower to a more affordable price So other can buy it

had this phone since december 2009, tbh best phone i upgraded too, can use camara and take video while talking on it, apps r slow now 4 a 2 yr old phone lol and even tho the lock key has broke its a funky little worker... be hard to beat!!
