Rubina , 17 Aug 2010Can you please compare with Nokia N97 with Nokia N86 plzzzz... moreN97 is a touch screen phone whereas N86 is not a touch screen phone. If you consider buying a non-touch phone apart from those e-series line, N86 is worth it. But it's moreover a personal choice really.
If you prefer bigger screens, N97 has 3.5 inches touch screen with physical qwerty keyboard.
If you prefer AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode) non-touch screen, then N86 with 2.6 inches screen is what you can consider to have. AMOLED consumes lesser power that TFT and end-result is shown on battery life keeping all other factors constant.
N97 has inbuilt 32 GB memory whereas N86 has 8 GB although both devices are capable of supporting memory card up to 16 GB.
Both N97 and N86 have 128 MB RAM but after re-booting the device N97 gets 58 MB of free RAM whereas N86 gets close to 80 MB free RAM. More free RAM means better multitasking, isn't it?
Now the big difference is the camera performance.
N86 with its 8 megapixel wide 28mm Carl Zeiss lens has the best camera from Nokia available till date in the market for still photography and is certainly better than N97 in comparison.

Hii.....I planed to buy dis phone next week....it was Rs.18500 in kerala...that time nokia site shows 19499, but from today it is 20,499. so think its price increases a 1,000. what to do????
