TheGreatMan, 11 Feb 2022good tab. please, i need to know... can this tab make and ... moreNo. It cannot make or receive mobile calls but it can make zoom, WhatsApp etc calls

I think for the price you are better off getting a used ipad or higher-end tablet from a few years ago. A 3-year old ipad will have a faster chip, better camera and will continue to be supported for at least 2 more years (this Nokia has only 2 years of software support). If you are an Android person, a used samsung will do, or if you are willing to spend more, the Xiaomi pad 5 offers much better features for £150 more.

I'd love to see Nokia making a more powerful version of this tablet with at least Helio G90T and 128GB internal storage while still keeping the headphone jack and FM Radio. It's so refreshing to see a tablet with FM Radio support as it is still a widely popular feature across the world.

Tootone, 04 Jan 2022Are you serious who doesn't have thatUsing Android 9.0 Pie as the lowest OS version selected, these are the only tablets that have a headphone jack: https://www.gsmarena.com/results.php3?mode=tablet&nYearMax=2022&chk35mm=selected&sOSes=2&sOSversions=2930,2920,2910,2900&nOrder=4

FM Radio? Well that's even more scarce than the headphone jack: https://www.gsmarena.com/results.php3?mode=tablet&nYearMax=2022&chkFMradio=selected&sOSes=2&sOSversions=2930,2920,2910,2900&nOrder=4

toddluvzgta, 05 Mar 2022Hardware aside I do like how you can swipe to go back to pr... moreI think the gesture feature first appeared on Chinese Android phones, if i'm not mistaken OnePlus first introduced gestures in the OnePlus 5T back in 2017 which at that time didn't even exist on stock Android and after that other Chinese brands started adding gesture features on their devices like Huawei and Xiaomi where you can go back to the previous screen by swiping the screen from the right or left side.

In terms of features Android device with custom user interface has many useful features which are often absent in stock Android and usually those features are only available in stock A ndroid after a few years.

Hardware aside I do like how you can swipe to go back to previous screen on AndroidOne I think that's a huge advantage to other Android phones. Very convenient.

Had this table but had to return didnt read the reviews before hand and it turns out the wifi on this device is bad keeps dropping out and you have to re type the password every time its annoying even if you flip the table it sometimes drops

also there isnt many features built in, very basic android system and no support for widevine so you can't watch FHD video/movies

if it wasnt for the poor wifi and the widevine issue it would be great value

Not sure I would buy, Looks like a great Tab.
But I don't understand why Makers of most Tab's don't max them out.
This should be 5G capable and not less than 128GB internal storage with an option of 256GB or even 512GB.
With all the cloud storage; One Drive & Google Drive etc.., external storage is ok I guess, but you can't really run any apps on external storage so you're saving pictures and video to the external drive or cloud anyway.

Hope HMD brings in phone functionalities for T20's LTE version with Android 12 update. This would help to divert calls easily from the SIM.

I can tell you that Samsung is subjected to bugs just like any other product running Android. The T20 has an octa-core processor the A7 has a quad-core how can you describe it as faster or better? The T20 I'm working at has about the same amount of RAM 4 GB can also handle a bigger SD card. As for cameras my Nokia 8.3 has what is theoretically a very nice camera in the cell industry. Go to my Canon 5D or 7 d it doesn't compare. The CMAs chip is too small to get a comprable amount of data regardless of what the megapixel rating is on a cell phone. Or tablet. My A7 does lock up periodically or lag would be a better term. Compared to my Nokia phone the A7 is slower. Maybe it's the four extra cores that are running along in the background.

The mobile handset division was sold to Microsoft. Once the contractual non-compete Clause was over, former management of the original Nokia phone brand started a new company and license the name Nokia. Nokia phones getting back 15 more years were made in many countries not just Finland up to and including China. How do I know this? I used to manage two or three for the original Nokia in North America. I just wish they were compatible with the new SIM cards. I still have my old Nokia phones I'm not into gaming and they don't really do that much internet surfing on a phone. It wouldn't hurt me bad not to be able to surf at all. I do like my phone's to work very well as a phone. My current primary phone is a Nokia 8.3 and I love it. It's not perfect no phone is but the problems that I have had with it I would describe as bugs with the Android operating system not the hardware. If it was Hardware related then the bugs that I found when I first got the product wouldn't disappear with software updates!
