TINU, 15 Apr 2014what is the main defects of nokia xIt is different for differen users. For me it is not having Flash because I have to use it as Torch. For many it is not having Front Facing camera. Nokia's UI is not yet supporting multitask very well and users need to install extra apps for it.

vinu11916, 15 Apr 2014why the nokia x fully not supported to google services why ... moreMain reason of not supporting Google services in Nokia X is because Microsoft and Nokia have got their own alternate services going on such as Outlook for emails, Skype for messages, Here for Maps, Bing for search and so on.
They both make money from these services and are competitors so naturally Nokia wants to make money by putting their services above Google's.

I bought last day from Sharjah... its too diff to open the set to put the battery... when i tried to open a sound came and made the entire screen cracked.... when i contacted the shop... ..they said its my problem....well guys...if u buy ask the shop to put the battery and sim card.........dont and never trust mobile shop sellers....

Looking on how this phone launched like it's just impossible to see that Nokia would make an Android just like any other brands ... Seems GSMArena said on Nokia X review has a point, that the X-s purpose is not to compete with the android market, but to uplift the image of windows phone. Besides, if Nokia adds Google Services in the X-s, wouldn't it make Microsoft services goes underrated? I doubt people bought this because of Microsoft service, I think it's because it's Nokia. People won't bother root this phone only to get Google service, if they want Microsoft Service, no? Seems Nokia and Microsoft relations is quite twisted ...
Nokia releasing google service of course it will be a good, even great, product I think. But what about Windows phone once google released in nokia, though?

Hey,all of you listen you can root Nokia X in pure android phone. It will support google play store as well. But after update of new version it is difficult.

Yeah. I almost forgot.
.6 Battery acts weird when playing games. It just drains too fast.
.7 Behaves slow and laggy when you have lots of apps (this should be expected though since its RAM is 512mb)
.8 Notification bar only shows nokia's default notifications

I sold my second phone that cost 3/4 of the price of nokia x and bought the nokia x hoping to get better performance only to find out my older phone is 200x better than the nokia x. That aside. My sincere opinion,
.1 Too expensive for its function.
.2 Having issues playing some high quality video.
.3 wouldn't allow you to use google play services or any app that makes use of google play services.
.4 Cant sync your google contacts
.5 Cant add event to calendar.
.6 No straightforward way to close apps in order to free RAM (Fastlane doesn't close apps)
++many other annoying thing.
Don't buy unless you are an entry-level android user OR unless you are tech savvy and ready for the headache

guys nokia x series are only meant for people who are new to smartphones so stop complaining, nokia has not made fool of anyone.
go for nokia lumia series and i can assure you that you won't feel yourself fooled again.

First - I am Loyal to Nokia ,... moremy friend been loyal to nokia is one thing and finding fault with the phone is the second thing.
first of all why did you buy this phone????? why didn't you go for nokia lumia phones which are much much better than x series.
nokia x series are only meant for those people who are new to smartphones and for that purpose nokia x is the best but if you currently a smartphone user go for lumia and i am sure that you are going to like nokia more.

Just got it two days before
First - I am Loyal to Nokia , So I fooled Myself Buying this..
now..
Its just as sameas Cheap chinese android Phone .,
The touch interface is Very tidy and full of jerks
the Light sensors are such a sh,i,t that it makes your phone a disco Light .,
Worst sound quality on headphone output.,
Battery plays mysterious game wid d user ,changes the percentage every five minutes,
when phone is locked , screen blinks automatically and keys get started hitting , then i tried with password,, but the lock keys gets pressed, even a call gets answered on its own , and you dont even know about it when its in pocket,, Cheaters and Liers can never have this phone :p
thats it i am fool to buy a phone just becoz of a brand !
DONT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT A FOOL LIKE ME
