I have very bad experience with NOKIA X its become hot and hang as well its battery timing is very less.
I will advise to never buy such a phone.

Its a crap thing ever made by nokia,it hangs too much and the screens goes off during incoming of ph calls,battery is also vry poor,simply its a waste of money.

Please ensure that your Wifi and 3G options are not ON at the same time . Coz it drains out the battery in a fraction .
Also i wd recommend you to update the phone to the latest platform(Software) . If possible Do this :
-Turn off wife when not in range
-Use 2G network for light usages like whats app , maps and messengers
-Set Auto Brightness
- Avoid using Third party Launchers like the GO launcher . Use default Nokia Laucher inbuilt in the phone
-Avoid overcharging of the battery

There you will get 80-90% of Android Applications .If problem occurs message me again .

Oh the phone is good despite all the bad claims, when I upgraded my platform the phone is speeding up and it saves battery and takes more apps than before.
