No, because Nokia doesn't support Google services. And that's good for your privacy and data consumption.
You can get Android apps for Nokia X from Nokia Store, Yandex Store, Amazon, GetJar, Opera Mobile Store etc, etc.

brother its just a degooglelized version of android its supports .apk file and can even get a conventional android look using nova launcher

Its all about a good status phone.Even if karbon and micromx is selling phones free of cost, I will prefer buying any nokia smartphone.It is genuine and has earned many peoples' trust.
