Nokia X runs on a customised version of android and it will not have google play acess!
But it can run android apps as it is based on android so you can side load android apps from google play!

I don't know which specs made Nokia fans crazy for it!! Stupids will buy it without Google Play Store. It's never a Android. Nokia is more compact for WP. So they should make more WP phones same as Lumia Icon. Go ahead Nokia without joining customized crowd.
