nokia x soesnt support 4.12(jelly bean) ..am still using nokia X in last 5 months...jst change the os4.12...and mention the 1.2.4.1 only

acha....am using still last 5 months , its os4.1(jelly bean )...nokia X doesn't support jelly bean version.....its only now latest verdion in nokia X is 1.2.4.1 only........

Christopher, 29 Sep 2014I jst bought this Nokia X for a week nw,but the battery is ... moreuse greenify app to stop all background processes, lower the screen brightness to around 10%, also switch of one of the SIMS if possible and put phone in 2G network whenever possible. Switch to wifi rather than mobile data if possible. These will help to have better battery backup. Thankss.....

Nokia x is a nice product from Nokia as it supportss almost 95% Android apps and after tie up with whatsapp the sole problem with x range is also solved. If anybody wants to squeeze more juice from Nokia x then simply root it using xda developer's Nokia x manager tool and then do anything with it. It's a complete value for money product and lack of google play store can be easily overcome using apk downloader website and download all genuine apks directly from play store. Although absence of Google play is a big boon for the phone too as any other google android with 512MB RAM is much more laggier than Nokia x. Use Apps like greenify and 360 security for maximum performance from Nokia x. Use Mx player for playing videos, use KINGSOFT office apps for opening office documents along with pdf. Use ES3 file explorer for file management, use Google chrome and opera mini for browsing net, use ADM as download manager. Use default email client app for mails including GMAIL. use coolreader app for reading ebooks, use tubemate app for watching and downloading youtube videos. Thus you have everything that a normal Android user enjoys.And finally to install whatsapp on nokia x just go to whatsapp website and download the latest version which is 2.11.388 and enjoy....... Intal whatsaap in Nokia x...
For that first u need to install "install whatsaap" application from 1 mobile market...
With the help of that aap u can directly install ehatsaap....
