you should be competing in the museum field. not technology. don't waste money on items that don't sell well in the market at all. i used to deify nokia. not at all now.
you're too sure with your big name. to forgetting that technological competition is the fastest competition on earth.

Too expensive for a phone that runs on a Snapdragon 480.. Also, the back camera looks ugly. This device is already doom before release.

Nokia doesn't have it own Android os for their phones. Nokia are buying/rented the Google phones os and install to their phones. Google they design the security update according to their google phone hardware and software specification. so that all specifications are not match with Nokia hardware also. That is the reason Nokia releasing the security update monthly.
have you noted all nokia phones are having some issues with after update the Android major os upgrade or monthly security updates (issues like heat , wifi or 4G cellular internet connection drop then and there , front and backed camera colour issue , picture in picture view getting stuck always, quick charge not working properly , ringing tone volume issue , NFC not working , like somany issues on every year)
but Samsung isn't like that because they have their own Android design os and also they have own built in security software (knox) with every A and S series phones. so that is the reason they are getting every 3 or 4 months security and performance update. but M or F series they are getting every two months security and performance updates.
so which one is better for Security , Performance , OS upgrade and online customer support also. I didn't tell anything better you decide.

One can hate Chinese phone makers but the fact is, they're much better in terms of price/value ratio. I'm well aware that the specs sheet is not everything, but it does matter nonetheless, especially in this price range. Not to mention that Nokia phones' camera performances didn't prove to be any better than any other phone's in the same price range. I could go on but I don't see the point, I posted my opinion, that's it. Your opinion may be different, but it doesn't mean we have to argue over it.

people are actually getting mad about the soc doesn't even know what generation it was just because its a series 4xx chip. IT'S FREAKING 8NM AND 5G CAPABLE. DO YOUR RESEARCH PEOPLE!!!!
