I have one question.... On lock screen, we can connect or disconnect the wifi & access other shortcuts. How to lock this?

HMD is a kind of a branch of Nokia. When Nokia sold the phone business to Microsoft and was not allowed for a least 10 years to sell phones, some people from Nokia left and made HMD and continues to build phones under HMD logo ! Now .. totally different story !

I only came here to say that when I saw specs & price of this phone on a local website, I immediately started laughing.
Thank you Nokia for giving us laughs. It seems that's all your phones are good for now.
For those thinking about buying it - Don't. Go with Xiaomi/Redmi/Poco, Realme or OnePlus phones in this price.
I would hesitate to recommend it even if it was 50% off, let alone at this price.

As for usb debug, i see no connection to it, as debug is for something else.

Despite negative feedback from "tech" blogs I bought this phone. It is pretty good. It works smooth, no lags or freezes. This phone stay cool all the time I was not able to make it heat even a bit so that is nice.
The biggest disadventage is its size, it is massive and only 60Hz screen, 90 Hz would be nice. Camera is not great but I don't do photos/videos with smartphone.
Had before one of chinesse smartphone and never again.

Kris, 23 Jul 2021Hi, Nokia 8.3 (5G) or X10, wich one is better?To say better would mean to ignore everything and look at specs like most of the igts in this forums. I my self would go for x10. CPU performance is almost the same SD 765 5G is a bit faster but nothing to write home about and if you put it against that less heat, trottling and battery consumption that SD480 5G brings is a no brainer. X10 has a bit less battery but it also consumes less so it might actually last longer. 8.3 uses more premium materials but x10 is more robust/resistent to brake, even tough 8.3 is a tank that glass back.... well. 8.3 has a better camera setup but x10 has better support/ waranty. Updates are not something to turn your back on. On paper 8.3 is better and finer, but i find x10 a better package. Anyway, at the end this is just my opinion.

If you mean, if it is normal to have two languages, all depends on your country, some regions might become the device with only one or two languages to chose from. In europe, are mostly more languages because well, europe, other markets i do not know. If this was not the question, then well, maybe you can reformulate a better to understand question.

Ty, 19 Jul 2021How we know that Nokia resellers change any settings in usb... moreThe resellers cannot temper with the system without hmd approval ( let's say amazon installs it's software if you buy a device from them, or an exclusive amazon device). Anything against this means court and probably impresonment if it is secretly done for other purposes, also tempering with the system will brake the update cycle as the bootloader needs to be hacked first before anything could be done on the core level of the system randering the device out of warranty. So if the device is new, and comes from official resalers, you have no reason to worry about. As for the usb debug, everything done via this method can be undone by formating the device.

Nokia phone box packaging is worse. Anyone (resellers) can do any changes (hardware or software) before customers received or buy the phone.

If you have no idea what that is, you are probably safer to not activate it. It won't do wrong to your device tough, but would also bring nothing for you if you are not debuging. If you want to use it's access for other puposes to unlock some hidden funktionalities, then be carefull, do not use commands that might damage security.
