The worst phone I have ever owned! I'm on my second phone of this brand through warranty thinking the first may have been a defective phone (hey, it happens). Same problems on this one too! Drops calls. The phone shuts itself off at random times. The volume has a mind of its own. I get no notification that my phone is even ringing. I recommend DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE!!!
It's really not worth the hassle.

      My X100 has been working nicely so far. At least no overheating, comparing to those $1000 flagships

            This is the worst phone I've ever had!!! I have had nothing but problems since the day I left the Metro store with it. Started out not receiving my text messages. I ended up missing several important messages from friends and family. It dials 911 while in my pocket, the signal is absolutely terrible, and it is slow as @#$*. As if all of that isn't enough, I had to change my number also and apparently this phone belonged to someone before me. Named Oscar. Who I continue to get phone calls for. And never, not once, did I agree to or was told I was purchasing a refurbished phone!! Very very unsatisfied with this phone and the customer service I have received.

                I dropped my LG phone and broke the glass so had to exchange it. Purchased the Nokia x100 2 weeks ago. I have been repeatedly cut off in the middle of so many important work-related conversations! It's so embarrassing. Have the same carrier nothing has changed in my environment never, not once, did I have a problem with my LG phones (had three of them). My calls drop when a second call is coming in, then the person I'm speaking to originally hears my phone ringing. This happens daily.

                    Originally I thought the bezels were just ugly but not I found the bezels actually made the gestures navigation usable. In comparison to curved screen phones I have much better experience with this phone in regards to navigation gesture.

I've had to cancel my debit card 3 times since I bought this phone. always turning Bluetooth, airplane. and safe mode on. turns off by itself and so much more. I bought 2 just because the first might have been a defect but nope. I think it was designed by the Chinese to steal information. why not?

                          I bought a second x100 after I thought the first was defective. this is the worst phone I've ever owned. it's fucking possessed. it opens apps, rearranges icons on the screen, drops calls, the phone will ring while I'm on the phone, turns on airplane mode and Bluetooth on its own. it's so sensitive that someone letting out a sigh will trigger emergency mode and dial 911. I could literally do this for an hour. honestly this phone is dangerous in an emergency, it's way too fucked up. and I bought 2 if them and can't get my money back

                            This phone has been doing amazing job for me. It is not fast but the UFS is fast enough to be smooth. I love the chipset as it is not overheating while using it for video calls for hours.

I don't understand the cell phone companies and Nokia company not recalling these phones and providing credits for us to be able to afford/purchase a phone that works properly. Does someone have to suffer inexplicably if in a situation of being on a 911 call and the call is dropped because another call is coming in and call waiting doesn't work properly to send them to voicemail? I have contacted my cell provider AND Nokia customer service. Nobody is able to help resolve issues and I don't have the additional funds right now to replace the phone. I've had the phone for three maddening months! Where do we turn next for assistance?

                                  As a free phone, this exceeds expectations

                                    This is definitely the worst phone I have ever had....the calls drop, have to keep switching between data and Wifi to receive and make calls.... T-Mobile sold me a lemon 🍋

I think it has something to do when they set up the fingerprint scanner. I've searched everywhere and there is not way to hard reset this phone. At least not available for consumers. We end up requesting a warranty replacement for the customers and sending back the locked one.
