Originally I thought the bezels were just ugly but not I found the bezels actually made the gestures navigation usable. In comparison to curved screen phones I have much better experience with this phone in regards to navigation gesture.

I've had to cancel my debit card 3 times since I bought this phone. always turning Bluetooth, airplane. and safe mode on. turns off by itself and so much more. I bought 2 just because the first might have been a defect but nope. I think it was designed by the Chinese to steal information. why not?

I bought a second x100 after I thought the first was defective. this is the worst phone I've ever owned. it's fucking possessed. it opens apps, rearranges icons on the screen, drops calls, the phone will ring while I'm on the phone, turns on airplane mode and Bluetooth on its own. it's so sensitive that someone letting out a sigh will trigger emergency mode and dial 911. I could literally do this for an hour. honestly this phone is dangerous in an emergency, it's way too fucked up. and I bought 2 if them and can't get my money back

This phone has been doing amazing job for me. It is not fast but the UFS is fast enough to be smooth. I love the chipset as it is not overheating while using it for video calls for hours.

I don't understand the cell phone companies and Nokia company not recalling these phones and providing credits for us to be able to afford/purchase a phone that works properly. Does someone have to suffer inexplicably if in a situation of being on a 911 call and the call is dropped because another call is coming in and call waiting doesn't work properly to send them to voicemail? I have contacted my cell provider AND Nokia customer service. Nobody is able to help resolve issues and I don't have the additional funds right now to replace the phone. I've had the phone for three maddening months! Where do we turn next for assistance?

This is definitely the worst phone I have ever had....the calls drop, have to keep switching between data and Wifi to receive and make calls.... T-Mobile sold me a lemon 🍋

Troubled, 05 Aug 2022How can u factory data reset my mother forgot the pin to op... moreI work in phone sales and more than once I've had customers come back because their nokias lock screen either changed or activated by itself. I think it has something to do when they set up the fingerprint scanner. I've searched everywhere and there is not way to hard reset this phone. At least not available for consumers. We end up requesting a warranty replacement for the customers and sending back the locked one.

This the worst phone Ive ever had. It drops every call. My call waiting doesnt work. It hangs up on people. Its horrible. The screen comes on and dails emergency 911 in your pocket. This phone has been my worst nightmare and if I could sue this company I would because it has never worked right
And I cant get a refund. I will never ever buy a Nokia again

It turns off whenever it wants, connecting to the internet is impossible without wifi, everyone complains they can't hear me, I drop more calls then I make. The only good thing about this phone is battery life.

Anonymous, 26 May 2022It's the worst phone I've had in 20 years.Ditto. Sucks. Drops signal frequently especially in areas where my old KG phone had no problem holding a signal. Hotspot sucks too. I can connect to websites half the time but i can't navigate the website even sitting in the car 1 block from the cell tower. LG worked super well for my job but LG stopped making or supporting their phones. This phone was recommended by T-Mobile. Have NOT been able to use it once for my job except on WebEx calls if i stand still.

Three Nokia x100 leaves allot to be desired.
Or it's the phone provider.
Whenever I open the phone, it automatically opens up my providers ads and shutting it off does not work.
When I am finished with a phone call and move it away from my ear to hang up a bunch of different apps are opened and getting to the main screen to reopen the phone calls to hang up is a joke.
The speaker does not work when listening to visual voicemails it keeps shuttting off if it even stays on, & with the speaker off the volume is so low it can't be heard. Even when turned all the way up.
The phone is not worth the $300 I paid.
The camera is the only decent thing with this phone.
