It is great cell phone - It cost just 41 Euros !!! Back speaker is loud enough, and does not make annoying high pitch noise like many mobile speaker does.
Music volume when playing on headphones could be little louder, but for normal listening its OK.
Led light is really useful, and on many other cell phones you cant turn led on so simple like this.
And the best about this phone is that it would stay charged for month ( I tested that )

I was a having a hard time when I'm typing a message with this phone, I'm somehow a fast texter and while I'm typing some letters are not showing even though I press the keypad, maybe Its just because the keypad is responding slowly, I tried texting using my Nokia 5220 XpressMusic and having no problems while typing, I think the keypad of this phone is responding slowly based on my experience through this phone

louhichimokh@yahoo.f, 30 Oct 2011I get new NOKIA X1 phone with memory card ,I can't access t... morethere is no option to open memory crd.. U can just load music files into ur memry crd. Nd it can be accessed through music player.so u cant format it.and u cant load any pic,games,application.

yeah bought it since a while back ,...its nice...:-)
less network pbms (though made in india one)..
one thing i did is to set network selection to manual and set to respective provider idea and airtel.
dunno but it might be the reason..
one thing is the annoying alerts of tips and offers that comes now and then ..
and problem is whenever an alert comes back light turns on and it continues to drain the battery..
i tried to go to menu-> extra->tips offers->unsuscribe
but it shows message sending failed...
any idea how to remove this??

The mobile is looking good.I personaly used it.it is not to good.because no video,no features etc.i think about it the q-mobile king is very good.

i used it now for 1 week no any propleams working very good can recive calls on both lines no network drop sound very high price very nice i pay it for 40 us dollars , really ites very nice battery going for looooooooooooong time but ites not my basic phone i have iphone 4 - so ites a 2nd phone with 2 sim and twitter msg, if i need internet or mail or others like that i have my i phone if i need to have 2 sim to make calls i have this one , really good , i hear about a network propleams from the internet so i was worry when i bay it but when i used it i found all this comment about network is not true so if you want it go for it

Full Proper Review
I bought the X1-01 for about 3200rs that's 36 USD
comes with a hands free, and charger in box.
and user manuals.
Pros:
It has 1300+ mA battery, Lasts you quite a few many days with normal usage.
Mp3 playback
Audio buttons on the left side.
its speaker is the loudest till now in the nokia range of phones upto 106db
Torch.
support and slot for memory card upto 16 gb.
(ideally 2gb card should be a smart choice, a memory card of greater capacity when full will slow this phone alot. it does not have a powerful processor to care of the load. and could hang often)
Ideal for secondary phone.
1.8"display fairly good.
3.5mm headphone jack on the top.
Crappy games
Cons:
Takes 3 hours to fully recharge
when operating with 2 sims inserted, your calls do get disconnected after 30 secs. Which makes it useless if you are buying it to use dual sims simultaneously. but works perfectly fine, when only one sim is inserted.
(even if you put insert 2 sims but activate only 1, calls still get connected after 30 seconds)
This is not a phone for dual sims
two band phone GSM 900/1800 only
the back panel covers in red and blue make it somewhat dis-likeable to look at.
Conclusion:
ideal as a secondary phone or spare. charge the battery and forget about it. duals sims do not work on this at all.

when search 4 network and it find then select the mobile will automatically restart.

bought this phone 7hours ago, i don't have any signal problems on both sims in my house/mall. My phone is color orange and made in china ver 5.34, if your having signal problems ask nokia to update the firmware of your phone, the latest is 5.44. All i can say that se elm has the worst signal reception.
