I bought nokia x1-01 on 16th august,2011 against rs 1850. I only want to share that this is not at all a customer satisfactory handset as far as the dual sim,dual active facility is corned! Signal frequencies used to be out & come in like indian politician changes their party! It's so frequent like brazil giving goals one by one against mongoloia in no time! Moreover, as long as i tried send message consists of more than 160 characters,it's come to failure notification. Phone hangs up often so do the music player! This nokia model is a bunk and bugging me like anything!

can anyone tell me is there any sms mark option to delete sms individually from this mobile if yes then how/where can i find it????
Currently I'm using nokia x2-00,which is a very bad set this handset has no "mark" option to delete sms from inbox/sent items.........
plz guy help me out,,,,,,,,,otherwise I can not buy dis phone untill i came to know the truth.......

Design and look : Excellent
Battery Back Back up : Excellent
Dual Sim compatibility : poor (network problem with sim1 or sim2, some time signals of other Sim disappear while making a call with alternate Sim)
Function : Less advanced as compare with the other mobile of its class
Operating : User friendly
Mp3 Sound : Loud and clear
Overall a Excellent phone but only if you want to use it with single sim

i didnt liked this phone any more....i purchased it on the first day of its launch....but some times it goes out f range whn both sims are active.it shows signals,but does not work...its not a good phone...

Yes.. A great phone indeed for it's price. In Indian, it is for 1800 bucks and what you get a Dual SIM, Nokia Brand, Great stylish design, very handy OS, MP3 player with 16GB memory card support and 3.5 mm jack for use of high end headphone to listen to already configured stereo surround sound. And last but not the least a huge battery which lasts upto 7 days on heavy use.
This is Good choice for the people who need Basic Dual SIM stylish phone having a long battery life for a cheap price

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2011please tell me about dual standby if i am speaking in sim,... morewhen we said dual active stand by sim, meaning both sim card are actives, and it also means that if you are making call to sim 1, sim 2 must be or still active, vice versa, but in the case of nokia x1-01, it is not, it only has both sim are active during the stand by, but when it comes to making calls, one sim have to automatically turn off which is not in the case of any my phone, torque, blu, zte, cherry mobile, e touch or even any china phone brands, the other sim still active and call waiting can be activated and important messages can be received in no time not like in nokia x1-01

Anonymous, 18 Aug 2011please tell me about dual standby if i am speaking in sim,... moreyou will not be able to use sim 2 while you're talking using sim 1, if you're on a call using sim 1 and someone tries to call you on sim 2 that party calling you on sim 2 will get a fast busy tone even if call waiting feature is active on sim 1
