TTRRR, 06 Feb 2014Does it have Whatsup? Yes. It supports Whatsapp. Go to Nokia browser and search for Whatsapp for nokia x2-00 and then download. It runs excellently. I have been using it smoothly. Good luck.

I'm also using this phone, apart from the fact that it have a Nokia flag. I just like the features and I have been using it for 3 years and it still works. I can even watch YOUTUBE videos and this phone support all file format include WAM. I can say this is the best phone for all ages.

downloa... moreI have been using this excellent phone for the last some 3 years. It is a very good phone:
Assets -
5MP Camera picture quality, Mechanically sturdy, Stable software, Sufficient phone memory to record & play videos, Very good radio that plays without the handsfree too, expandable memory slot, flash light cum torch (Long press the * key to switch ON and OFF), miniUSB port, media player controls on body as well as on the keypad and reasonable battery. The packing comes with datacable and extra set of soft headphone plugs. Too good.
Drawbacks - Music player sometimes starts automatically when handset is in your pocket. After 18-20 months, the buttons get harder to press, No button to turn OFF internet while application (like Whatsapp) is ON. This may result in you being charged by the service provider for net usage.

I used to experience server establishing problems to run Whatsapp for quite long. I restored the factory settings, reloaded the software, asked for GPRS settings from !dea (my serv. provider) and saved them and chose Idea internet for the GPRS and Voila!!! I could successfully use Whatsapp. My rating 4.5 stars for this NOKIA handset. Regards.
