I have installed adobe and ms office programs from Ovi but i cant open docs of those formats,why?

I recently bought this phone and its suberb..every service on phone works good except chat...when i try to access chat,it says unable to connect.check phone settings.my internet is active and works fine wid all apps.then why chat is not working?and also i tried to update my phone,bt it gives same erroe again.i.e. Unable to connect.somebody pleaseee help!

theres a problem with the preloaded chat service, either its a bug in the firmware update or nokia just shut down there servers. I think the latter is true.

Wow man its awsome................... This is my first and best fone.but may be because of virus, when i open photos it seems to be hanged. But after the sevice it is good as new.

i purchased nokia x2-01 today but when i make a call from my mobile i cant hear anything from my ear piece..the bloody ear piece of my brand new phone does not work.retailer feedback is go to the NOKIA CARE.
verry frustating..is someone faced that problem?
can any one tell me that at the date of purchasing of a phone if that phone shows manufactured problem the retailer was not responsible to give me replacement of this phone??
pls give me ur rply and respective suggestion.
