jeddy, 08 Sep 2012I bought a new Nokia X2-01 10 days ago . I am facing probl... moreHi frnd...some mp4 videos are in Big screen size more than 320X240..which our mobile supports..so try to convert with any video converter software & select mobile & size 320X240..Hope this Helps..cheers...!

I bought a new Nokia X2-01 10 days ago . I am facing problem while playing video files . Actually when I tried to play a video which was in Mp4 format , it shows "File Format Not Supported." Please help me to short out this problem.
