To stop all the problems of Nokia X2-02, try to reset your phone by simply typing *#7370# .......................If you are asked for confirmation, type 12345 ......................But backup your memory card data before resetting (otherwise all memory card data will be deleted ).......................Try this one, and publish the result to the world.................

i brought the handset two month back but the battery backup is only one day. I observe that the battery is not nokia hologram the serial number of the battery is same as mentioned in bill. i contact the nokia service centre they told now battery are comming with hologram and this is original battery. problem is having in handset and having virus in it. i will format and reinstall software again and will open the you tube videos in internet. but it is false you tube will not at open in it. one disadvantage is messages have not marks option to delete and edit option is not having.
please tell who having this handset about their experience.

Emad, 20 Apr 2012X2-02 very nice phone one disadvantage youtube video not su... moreMenu - settings - device - device update. Download and install updates automatically. You should get 172 KB update. Then your firmware version will change from v. 10.90 to v. 10.91.
This should take care of restart problems.

a comparision with old model nokia x2
positives;u can edit songs as ringtones.dual sim.
negetives;plastic back cover,thiker thatn the old model,no buttons for previous and next song,only 2mp camera(old nokia x2 has 5 mp camera)i hate which has no streo widening option on music player,single speaker also low sound(x2 has 2 streo speakers),worst quality music on head phone,low volume(after 4 points only u can hear music).this model absolutely no music version nokia,especially not up to quality of x or xpress music series.bullshit nokia.

voice is not so clear, net service is not so good compare with X2-00 & x2-01, signal capturing capacity of sim 2 is very poor, annoyed with battery backup ( less than 36 hours) and obviously have flickering problem :/

+ points: Good battery backup,good looks,dual sim
- points: Odd positioning of the music dedicated keys make it a little difficult to use, phone feels heavy when compared to its competitors.
Conclusion: Worth the money if you are looking for a multimedia phone. Thumbs up for this one!

All software issues are related to firmware.. and flickering, after all its not that big issue ..
Its only few months older better wait for next update for improved performance if ur not satisfied now..
I am getting 3 full day backup and clear and vivid display , amazing sound clarity, wireless FM radio with good reception.. My expectation for a budget handset stops here .

hey guys, i bought this phone original set, Made In India, then, i updated the software version from 10.90 to 10.91....however, flickering problem still occur especially when messaging...do u know why? is it the worldwide problem??

nokia X2-00 has a 5mp camera with flash . . But the x2-02 has only 2mp. . , . And the 64 MB
ROM, 32 MB RAM..
.. .it is lower than the x2-00 . .
.for x2-
00 is better than this one
