Maybe because of SIM's quality, or try to upgrade the firmware.

AMS, 02 Apr 2012Can we give different ring tones for both sim,s .... or onl... moreNo, Nokia just can set 1 ringtone for both SIM. If you want different ringtone for different SIM, go for samsung, but they can only store 300 sms and bad compatibility with java.

completely troublesome phone.. bought it 4 days back and started giving me trouble now itself.. phone gets switched off when opening message inbox..

I'm loving this phone. I bought it 3 days ago and it's one of the best phone from nokia. Battery lasts up to 3-4 days on texting and calling. I dunno about stand by since I always use my phone. At first it used to hang and restart every time new message arrives and when I open applications and games. The thing I did was I removed the sims and the memory card and then I restore the phone to it's factory settings. Then the phone restarts and said restore complete. I turned off the phone again to put back the sims and the memory card.. then I turned it on and then all was fine. It performs so smooth and well now. It's not a waste of money for me. It's worth it since the phone got all the features I want.. dual sim, camera, radio, loud music. Plus it got new software from nokia. It's like s40 but not really s40. It's new nokia system and I love it. Great job nokia!

I don't think people who have used this phone before complaining about its quality..
The firmware 10.90 had restarting issues but everything was rectified by recent update of 10.91
Better update it, there won't be any fault with this model as its usual with all earlier releases..

I have my nokia 5130 and Nokia E71 before and they are no doubt one of the best, but when i try this NOKIA X2-02, it was nothing compared with my first two phones before., hate this phone., for someone out there who plans to buy this unit, better not to waste your money, I switch to iPhone 4s and i gusse its worth it

Another Crap From nokia(ild say Nokla) Bought this today and within 6 hrs it took 5 time restart of its own when running apps, and guess what it even dosnt support 1.9 mb java dictionary( hangs) Holy shit !! what r u doing nokia!! ur done ur finished , never gona buy another nokia. used n73 , 5320 and those two sets were suprb !! but after using c6 and X2 02 i would say u rnt same nokia which was long 4 yrs back,,,,, Whish u die soon RIP nokia
