you can root the phone first using nokia x tools. then u will be able to use goole play store. my phone is working better. I can use google play store

I have big problem in my mobile sim will detected but outgoing calls, incoming calls, music player, wifi, bluetooth and video player are not working. its only used whatsapp and facebook.

May be the problem is that I am using windows 10 as you mentioned. I hope they find solution for the windows 10 if that is the problem.

hello, 22 Apr 2016I tried installing google services using nokia x tool. And ... moreYou have to first enable devloper option... First go to settings then about device then click on nokia x2 version 6-7 times..version means 2.1.0.2 or some thing like that....after eneble devloper option in setting open devloper option and click on eneble debugging or android debugging like that...there after ur computer can detect yr device.And try in windows 7 or below windows 7 version. Because I heard from some one that windows 10 is not detecting any mob...

I tried installing google services using nokia x tool. And I am getting device not found error.
I did the same thing done on tutorial but it is not working.

A pity this phone have had a distribution so limited. For example, in Brazil, only reached the original Nokia X, did not come the X + or XL much less this.

[deleted post]Do a factory reset and your problem will solve..mine also battery drops by 3%-5% over night...thats ok..bt don't know whats yr problem...may be some background task are ongoing..and you can also check which app is eating your battery in battery section...or you can download "shutapp" application for shutdown background apps so that your battery will last longer.Don't believe any type of battery doctor or battery saver type apps.........
Conclusion is factory reset your mobile and your problem will be gone.
And for play store you don't need to root your mobile..You can install playstore and other google apps by Using a pc and nokia X2 tool.......for step by step procedure search on google that " how to install playstore in nokia x2 "

I hate this phone with the offline problem
If someone knows the way to fix this problem pls help me
