It has an LED Flash, it has a front cam , it has new swiping gestures, new notification centre, windows like application list, windows phone 8 like multi tasking, 620 like translucent back case, clear black diplay, dedicated home buton, more cliud storage and many more.
Then Snapdragon 200, 1 GB RAM, maybe Adreno 301 is a bit low.
dont be greedy! it has pretty good sepcs

Spec is not the best, but better than X/XL. Thank God, i didn't buy Nokia X/XL yesterday.. :D

[deleted post]It is priced at 99 euro and after adding 12 euro tax (all the other x series phones had a 12 euro tax in india) then at rate of ruppes 82 per euro it is near bout 9000 INR
