Been using the phone for 2yrs and didn't experience any problem and what not.
I guess, it depends on how you use you device. Extremely loud speaker and easy navigation

Not sure why they comment low battery life... After less than 2years of use the lifespan didn't change.
I can use it for whole. Home - Office!
