very slow in response some time screen go blank for seconds just wait and watch screen to come live. Not a good phone to have. GPS takes time to connect.some time journey ends but gps dose not connect.

one thing i hate about this phone
my phone is all black but my earphones are white... i mean wat the hell is this?

Been 3 days that i have used the phone... gave me a decent battery life even after using wifi, camera and music player..
now the comparison X6 vs AINO detailed:
price : 16000 vs 19000
screen : 3.2" vs 3.0"
screen resolution: 360X640 vs 240 x 432
camera :5MP vs 8.1MP
input :full touch vs limited touch + conventional keypad
memory: 16GB vs 8GB
UI : symbian vs sony propriety(not touch activated)
Now my take
if you want to watch movies and videos(bigger screen better resolution)on a phone, listen to music well X6 fits your bill
for photography, gaming (keypad plus motion detection),music (almost same) go for aino
few things to add : aino had many software issues but most of them have been solved by sony through updates.
people say the limited touch isn't good only show off i read many reviews of such. wireless earphones and charging dock does add to the showing off.
if you like texting fast then a normal keypad is better but if you can adjust to onboard keypad X6 all the way
may this help everyones dilemma
i have more detailed comparisons with the x6 if anyone wants write it here i daily check this site for other peoples input...

Anonymous, 24 Jun 2010Which better smartphone nokia x6 or sony VIVAZ?I tried X6 and Vivaz.. from my point of view, i will go for X6 because Vivaz touch screen is not very responsive as X6 (latest software v20.0.005)... And what i love the most is free gps navigation (ovi maps v3.04) in X6...
actually im not a big fan of touch screen devices especially for texting but with X6 i can type fast enough without a problem.. anyway i like Vivaz build quality compared with X6.. and X6 takes time to load a picture in the gallery and not support pinch zoom or double tap zoom for photo viewing...

x6 is good but they suffered very much from viruses because they are touchscreen and software maded.x6 is great in style and looking

i used iphone 2g,samsung monte, nokia 5230, and now nokia x6...
well... nothing is perfect in the world!

every thing is best except sound quality n the battery backup is the worst in nokia phones i had ever used . only the camera is the best in the phone

got the phone for 15899 and i love the things i got with it...
car mobile charger
car stand... u can attach the phone for using GPS on the go ppl i think i have a GPS device in my car...!!!

and just filled 2.46 GB mem with songs... tuff to listen all 315 of dem

The phone is great except:
All photo's no mtter where saved show when looking in gallery, you have to set up a folder to "hide" things in and then it still shows, I prefer finding the folder.
I needed to exchange my phone twice because the internet touch stopped working and without buttons, effectively was like moving through setting concrete. Programmes occassionally use up too much of something and the phone reboots, really really annoying when writting an email or long text.
Camera is AWESOME at full 5M pixels.

hey guys got the phone yesterday and here is my opinion:
i hope this will help everyone's problems
What I like:
1. the screen is awesome
2. Sound quality is one of the best and the headphones are like the one's with sony handsets
3. UI is simple and with themes it gets new icons so i'm happy
4. Camera is good not the best i'll say but better than some 5 MP phones i've seen
5.messaging is good have to get used to the keyboard though(it's different from the HTC)
Not to like:
1. build quality seems to suffer (metal bits would had given a better feel)
2. battery life is not that good after first recharge my phone is about to die out in a day.... but i did use WIFI a lot and music
and about comparisons i've done all of them and this is my take
1. X6 vs AINO: X6 as it's more value for money plus full touch (15500 vs 19000)
2. X6 vs Vivaz : vivaz if you want 8 MP with HD recording but at 21000 it was too steep for my budget
