hello everyone yes before im asking myself why itsnt not so loud that this phone have dual speaker....but im just tried and tried to look how to make it more loader then i discovered that there's 1 way to make it louder its just not only the dual speaker at the edge to have sounds it will be have also in the front speaker of this phone ..ok just try this way its so easy>>> just click SETTINGS then PERSONAL then PROFILES then GENERAL then PERSONALISE just FULL the RINGING VOLUME and select the 3-D RINGING TONE EFFECT then SELECT STERE0 WIDENING THEN BACK... AND TRY TO LISTEN MUSIC you will see the different!!! its more louder now like my phone goodluck 8)

BLACKDEVIL, 29 Jul 2011it's sucks the phone hangs many time in week the processing... morehello i was experienced that too before of my nokia x6 its so suck so hanged but i tried to go in the nokia care they upgrade my phone and they want me to delete the anti virus thast its installed in my phone before...now its ok no more hang after they upgrade my phone..i suggest u to go in the nokia care taht near in your place there so taht they will help you like me....this phone is great honestly..8) even if sometimes its slow but its up to you how to handle it..

Its temporary, and lasts maybe 3 months, then u have to download again from divx.com for free. They say they will not be providing them free after 2012. Might be mobiledivx.com , m.divx.com. Google it. Best to download 5th edition for symbian. The right web page will take u straight to their page to download divx player.( U could try a coreplayer, codecplayer). Divx works fine for avi for me.

jenin, 01 Aug 2011thanx a lot..:)It is good to do a full backup before. The phone should tell u that anyway, before u decide to update the device. To back up go to applications - office- file manager- backup. Then make sure u select all 5 of the options to be safe(all). Then options -backup now This will also take 20 mins max, and it is important the battery is sufficient. U may lose opera browser after doing the device update, or antivirus apps, when finish and do a restore after the device update....but nothing else should go. Mostly the phone backsup data etc anyway, but it is still important to do a backup of data etc, before a device upate. After device update is finished, if phone is missing some data, apps etc, then go to restore(found in the backup page i just told u) press options then restore. If u are techy u may be able to find the start up links in the c memory or mass memory for opera(if u use opera) or a antivirus if u have them . I have loooads of apps, pics, vids etc, but the only apps that never restore are opera browser, and antivirus. When i re install them, they automatically have the bookmarks and settings i had saved to them. The antivirus software also lets me download the protection i paid for free after i reinstall that too.

I have this phone for one year and three months and counting, now it's still alive and kicking! Though I experience difficulties browsing the net through wifi, it's tolerable. Such a good phone to use.
I'm trying to find how I can play AVI files using this phone.

It is free and lets u clean spam that the phone gets through web use, and you can also close apps that run in the background. My phn runs much better after using this app. As soon as i start the phone up, I then close all unecessary apps that are running, and apps that start themselves, and clean spam after web use. This also makes the battery last longer. I like to go to the manafacturers site netqin.com as they have more recent versions of their free software.

Great phone for the price I got it. Love the smooth touch screen and the awsome earphones you get with. Just the battery that doesn't last so long when using 3G, but further love it.

I would not suggest any one to buy Nokia X6. I would suggest Nokia to withdraw this model from the market if it really wants to maintain its reputation and goodwill in the market. I had to to take this handset thrice to the service centre and despite repeated repair and replacement it is not working properly. The problem of hanging still persists. The set is again with service centre. It is withi warranty and I have requested the cervice centre to either refund the price or replace it by some other trouble free model. If it s not done I will take legal action against the company and never buy anything with the label of Nokia.

androd devices are like todays efficient intel core i processesors but these set similiar to celeron processesor...too slow.
