bras, 24 Mar 2012is there any sound booster for this phone? the sound of my ... moreno there isnt. That was a problem for me also as i like my music loud. I got an android phone and it is much louder. I bought poweramp app for it and that makes it even louder and is a good music player. Ovi store is no way as good as android market:

Fall two times on the bathroom floor. Picked up THE pièces , put it together and worked ok. Good series compared with other nokia series. Very reliable. Have to charge the batterij after three days instead of three times à day with iphone.

sometime mobile hangup, when i try to turn on my mobile it donot work please tell me how can i remove this problem

camera shutter sound wont turn off. because there is a photography rule that doesn't allow users to take photos without any sound. also this exists for taking videos.that damn orange light that turns on when you are taking video is also for that damn rule!
only way to turn off that light and sound is mods and CFWs.

emerald, 25 Feb 2012I am a big fan of Nokia Phones,i am using Nokia X6 16Gb fro... moreDownload mobile guard from ovi. Then close all open apps. You can also stop the apps that automatically start up in the background. The memory full is due to the low ram of tthe x6. By closing unecessary apps that are running it then frees ram up. You can also clear spam in this app. All spam cleared will also speed up the phone and enhance performance. However do not clear the installation log if you wish to be able to see the little pop up installation log box in your application manager. All this app will do is speed your phone up....very useful...and very easy to use.

From the download folder you could also reinstall any apps you had, like opera, divx player, anti virus etc as some apps have the start up links be stored there ( and are there now). Also when you do the restore you will keep all your settings and bookmarks if you have backed them all up, so all will be as before. Also I use netqin antivirus and after manually reinstalling it i then click update virus database, then select no, and netqin loads the previous virus database I had payed for , for free. (My phones also had the coloured lines at edge of screen when they crashed, but it only happened occasionally before yesterday).

Personally I dont think Nokia are as good quality as people think. The only phones I have ever had issues with are nokias. Me and my partner have had about 10 phones...nokias always have issues. My x6 shut off about 8 times yesterday and wouldnt stay on for longer than a minute. I think it was as I accidently opened a spam email. I had to do a total reset to sort phone out. It worked. You need to goto office, file manager, then back up ALL contents. Then type *#7370# into phone dialer, then 12345. Afterwards restore found in file manager.

My x6 mbl have a problem. I download apps from ovistores some of that r instaled and remaing apps r download succesfully then that apps r not in my apps or any whr in my mbl how can acheive this problem

It happens due to malware.
Jst backup ur data on computer and formatt ur mobile.
After that all problem wil be vanished.

I have a problem with my X6...i've deleted all my stuff from it to make it move easily and the same with the settings...now, i can't make new profiles and sometimes i can't even personalise them, only to change between them...Help?

I m using x6 16gb from 2 years.I hav not a single problem with this phone.Any one can ask any doubt related to x6 here.
I will try my best to answer it soon.
Now i m willing to buy nokia 701 which is successor of x6!!

Mp4,3gp,ext files r played by inbuild real player.
For avi, mpeg,or hd videos u can download july player/smart muvi player from mobile9.com,filecrop.com etc..
