GVS, 08 May 2010Correction: I'm confused to buy the phones between samsung... moreHi GVS, Nokia X6 comes with 16.7 Million colors... so it will be great display, where as jet has only 25k colors. Also x6 has 11 hrs of battery backup, jet has only 4hrs.. X6 has capacitive touch screen(anti scratch resistance). So touch interface of X6 will be great. Also you can trust nokia for it's quality, network, service... but not samsung. Think again....

i super love this phone..everything works very smoothly..though ive been waiting to upgrade my firmware but still no luck my firmware is 12.091 but i checked that theres update firmware already 20.091 says its more improve nway..x6 rocks ..no regret in buying this phone... and still waiting for N8 :)

I'm confused to buy the phones between samsung... morealthough it has good os,touchscreen and cool features,u cant enjoy them fully bcoz of "not gud" symbian^1 UI[user interface] and outdated hardware processor..this is the problem with nokia touchscreen devices...in contrast to this jet has zippy processor and better UI but it only supports java..other +points of x6 is stereo speakers..
so imo if u can live with non-smartphone[mind that jet supports multitasking],go for jet..its far better in the performance aspect and cheaper as well..i gues thats the ans of ur question..otherwise stick with x6...

I just get Nokia x6 and the camera is not working. It always stays black screen. I Restarted and format the phone but still no luck. Please help...

Correction:
I'm confused to buy the phones between samsung jet and nokia x6.since the processor speed is double in jet and it has got 5mpx autofocus,amoled display and other networking features remaining the same.the only difference is the resistive touchscreen is in jet.
Do the touchscreen make much impact on the performance and comfortability in using the phone.which touchscreen to select with(capacitive(x6) or resistive(jet)).
The price of x6(16GB)=300 euro,samsung jet=220 euro.
Is it reliable to spend 80 euro more for a capcitive touchscreen,even if x6 has got processor speed=434Mhz,(jet=800Mhz,amoled display)
Also i have heared that opening an image in x6 takes several seconds.Do the processor speed is not sufficient to open the image quicker

I am using this device for 2 months now, here are some things I would like to share:
- Overall good features / specs
- Good music quality both speaker n headphones
- OS is kind of not optimized for capacitive touch screen
- The device OS is a little laggy; especially when 2/3 apps are running at the same time
- The processor seems to be little underpowered
- There are hardly any 3D games for this device on ovi store; I guess no hardware support for graphics
-Camera is decent, but there is some noise in the pictures taken.
-GPS takes forever to get a lock when used without mobile internet.
- One very important thing (nokia please note this),
the build quality of nokia devices is not great now a days. X6 backcover is really cheap and plasticky and makes creaking sound. Being a market leader I think Nokia needs to work on these issues (build quality, OS lagging, etc.), even on the lower end devices.

x6, 07 May 2010please tell me from where you get this newsI got the release date from Nokia Priority stores.
Two models Nokia X6 and Nokia 5235 comes with (OMU) Ovi Music Unlimited.
Out of them 5235 is released into market on 29th April. X6 is coming on May 20th.
