The MTN dealer @ Steenberg Cape Town could only supply a plastic model of the x6 I wanted to purchase. I was told if I wanted to test/feel the real thing I would have to come back when the Nokia rep calls. I think very poor service, pity as I have used only nokia for twenty years.

Dont buy the x6.Even on newest firmware hangs reboots just switch off.Rather wait and see,have had mine for 2 days and im very dissapointed!!!!!!!!!

kodn, 03 Mar 2010'do u people wonder why some of u think that this is crap, ... moredude who told u nokia is nt innovative company??starting from nokia 1100,1600,6600,n70m,n73m to n82 n95 8gb were really great handsets...they banged d handset market....bt,dat is history now n dis bt really matters...
now lets take a look in touchscreen part...htc,se,lg were making handsets from past many years..at dat time nokia even thought about touchscreen handsets...apple made iphone,nokias market for top range handsets gradually went down...then nokia realeased 5800 xm with feature every one over here knows..which even cudnt stand iphone...samsung,htc,motorola,lg adopted capacitive unit, nokia till then stuck wid resistive...android came,nokia still tried to cope up with symbian s60 v5...
gud thing x6 wid cap unit came out bt wat about software n processor??htc hd2, nexus one,xperia x10,samsung wave,n one of acer handset(i dnt know model name) came wid 1ghz cpu....
we simply belive symbian is great os bt nt for touch,they r developing symbian^3 which is gud sign..we wil welcome warmly...
wat we mean is nokia should had released symbian^3 2 yrs back,nokia is still far behind competiters...
dude make it clear dat we r nt nokia haters,we luv nokia,we still trust it,we r dying to hav symbian^3 handsets....
one thing u shud accept dat nokia is lagging behind n its too late,we r tired of waiting,n reaction is dis agression....
i guess u guys r happy now... :)
