Marikina Boy, 01 Jul 2011How did u update your phone?Hello bro. Updating is simple. First, you need to make sure the Nokia Software Updater is of the latest version. If so, connect your phone with the usb cable. The pc will recognize that the phone is connected. Launch the Software updater on your pc then it will show version 32.0.002 after which you'll be prompted to update it. It should take like 5 minutes to update the phone. Mine was 31.0.004 before updating to the latest version.

hi friends i got the x6 16 gb. it become hanged after 2 or 3 minutes. i refreshed its software but i am facing same problem. please someone help me what should i do waiting for reply.

Happy one year, X6! I've been using my X6 16GB for a year now and it has never failed me. Even in extensive use (Music, web browsing, games, calls and apps) the battery still lasts about 4 days.
The latest update to 32.0.002 has even made this phone a valuable one. Can't live without my X6!

KING, 21 Jun 2011hi arjay. the only suggestion i can give you is that don't ... moreKid, there is no need to 'downgrade' the firmware, if that's how you call it.
You just need to make sure NSU is updated/installed on your pc. Then connect your X6 to your pc and the update will follow.

It will automatically detect your device and then version 32.0.002 will pop up. Update just takes more or less 5 minutes on a wi-fi connection (you need to update through pc, there is no over-the-air update for this version).

arjay, 23 Jun 2011I updated my X6 16GB to v20.,lately i found out the new ver... moreSo you downgraded your firmware to v20 huh arjay??? Well i told you not to do because this same thing happened with my friend, the only difference being that he was using an N97. he suffered with the same stuff you are facing now after downgrading the firmware. he gave it to his nearest service center. only they were able to set the things right (at least they were experienced unlike others). i suggest you the same and hope that things get set right. but once again i say you the same, never try to downgrade your phone unless you take some professionals advice
