Goodmorning, my nokia X6 has gone off for over a month now and it cannot. Please what should i do to get it back.I've charged it and is still not working and even bought a new battery and yet still is not working.Hoping to hear a reply from you

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2013did you formate it or upgrade it if yes what was the result... moreHi buddy...when i had that memory problem...and when my phone began to work too slow.... i took the phone to the nokia center...they formatted the memory and said nw it will work fine...... thats the only time i got my phone formatted.... Last software upgrade was done by me in 2011..dnt remember exactly...and that was the last upgrade for Nokia X6...which added a slide button on the screen....which one could use if the slide lock button wasnt working....this upgrade even made the phone a little faster..... nw finally ...after using it for like 3 years... my phone is dead..... it has some power problems......when i press the power button of my phone...it vibrates...but nothing on the screen....sometimes it starts but that too only when it is attached to the charger...

i'v bought x6 mid 2010. worked superbly till starting of 2012, i mean i can use ovi maps n listen to music and no sign of processing/memory lack. after mrch-april 2012, its started to depreciate in terms of processing, memory n camera too. very nice peice built by nokia but surely hv 3 main issues i.e Extremely low Ram, Rarely updates are released, Non availabily of parts/after sales.

after insert the sim 4 some time it indicate dat sim card nt inserted nd restart immediately. secondly the screen turns black nd goes off unles i remove the battery. i have flash the software but still the same problem. pls i need help because i am nt able to use dis cell for smetime
