go for x6 its got pretty good screen and over all built is pretty good for x6 unlike the n97 mini ............. and n97 mini's slide can become some issues for u

this is because i used to listen to music when i do work and i want to know whether the speaker will spoil if i continuously listen to it for around 3 hours :D

i am kind of keen to buy this phone and can someone tell me exactly how long/ how many days can the fully charged battery last me to? (please note that i'm not listening to music most of the time) and whether does the battery spoil easily.
also i would like to know whether it is laggy or not and does it hang most of the time?

Complete rubbish, had to return my first x6 because the speaker failed after a week, got a new one and its done the exact same thing..

This doesnt give you enough battery backup hardly 2 days/touch screen is not so responsive on touch.video /image is not original gives to bright picture loosing the original color in it.

this phone is really great!!!!
it saves me from buying GPS device here in USA..
I bought it in the Philippines and download all the stuff for USA specs. every thing works great!!!

hey hi guys! i was taking a look at nokia X6 16gb, found it intresting....but i have 2 questions regarding the phone.

1) how is the quality of the camera? can anyone post some pictures taken by X6?
2) What about the sound quality?

Hey X6 user... can u let me know that......
1)Does this phone supports GPS and can we activate easily..
The phone has a built in GPS receiver and it comes with FREE OVI maps and navigation software. You can download free maps for North America, Europe, Australia and so on... It can be configured in Assisted GPS mode, integrated GPS mode (no network charges) and network mode. I use the integrated GPS mode because in this mode it works like Garmin for example. The GPS guidance application software is very accurate. You can download maps for all countries in the world free of charge. If you have Ovi Suite installed on your PC you can download all maps from your PC to the phone via your internet connection using USB connection to the phone. This is the best way to download the maps to the phone, because some of the maps are 2GB in size. It is not wise to use your network provider to download such amount of data.
2)Does it have WIFI app. can i connect it through wifi net..
Yes the phone has WIFI application. I use it with my wireless home network and it woks great. The Internet browser is very nice too.
3)how does the touch screen responds?
The touch screen is AMAZING.
4)Heard that its a kind of slow... how much is that true..
The response of the touch screen is perfectly fine.
5)Last but not least how is the sound clarity and picture clarity of this phone...
Nokia has the best phone hardware and X-6 is no exception to this rule. Phone call quality is amazing. The phone reception is amazing. Best phone I had so far.

The X6-16GB is an excellent phone. I has been now 2 months since I bought it.
I bought it from Amazon for $349.00. The FREE GPS with navigation\Ovi maps now speaks street names. I use the phone as a GPS device on a regular bases. In GPS mode the battery will last for about 4 hours. I bought an original Nokia car charger DC-4 for $10 from a local store in Toronto. DO NOT BUY other types of car chargers because the charging current of X-6 is quite high (about 800-900 mA). Most of the after market car chargers will not support this kind of charging current. The DC-4 works perfectly fine with the X-6. The phone battery lasts for 3 to 4 days if only the phone is used. The stereo speakers are really good.
The sound of the speaker in normal phone mode is on the soft side.
The capacitive touch screen is a pleasure to use. The scrolling is not as smooth as on the iphone. However it does the job perfectly fine. The phone handles multiple applications really well. I did not notice any effect on the phone performance even with 5-6 applications open at the same time(including MP3 and video playback).
