I bought this phone a month ago. I love its unique design and the camera quality, its just wow... Well, not compared to N8 of course. I upgrade it to Symbian belle then my problem starts there. My image quality decreases drastically. From 8mp as if its decreases to 5mp. It turns off by itself. I love the drop down menu of belle a-la android but.... This phone is not good with belle, trust me!

I got the Nokia X7 because it was the free upgrade. If I was paying I would probably go with the iphone because it does everything this phone does excpet better. This phone does not have a great directional sensor. When I try to use it landscape style for typing messages, it frequently swings back to the other orientation. And you can only turn it one direction.... if you turn it 90 degrees clockwise instead of counter clockwise the screen won't change orientation.
My first unit actually shut down completely, would't accept any screen nor button inputs and I Couldn't just pop out the battery to reset. You have to hold the ON, volume, camera and screen buttons all the same time for almost 10 secs, then it will reset. That's NOT in the phone manual.
I don't really like the OS for storing and accessing apps. They tried to make it a bit like ipod but of course can't.
It does take good photos, pretty impressive for a camera, and it can act as a GPS with maps installed. Those features are the reason I chose it over my other free choice. Of course it does also make phone calls and send text messages.
Overall, I could be a lot happier.

My nokia x7-00 have been with for almost 3 months but few days ago the has been stacking while being in use, the phone sounds until the bateries bacomes flat, i need a full action to be taken during this process

Warning: No all downloaded videos work on the X7 just discovered that yesterday it's cause of the encoding on the video

However if you wanna turn off the Auto rotate display setting on the phone please follow the below steps
Settings>Phone>Sensor settings>Auto-rotate Display>On/Off

There are somee apps/games that do not have EXIT option for you, so this is the solution. Your phone will not turn off by doing this. Hope this answer your question.

1. turn of Motion sensor or
2. are you talking abt going offline (Available under profiles) on the phone so that you can play games offline

Not sure why you are not getting the settings correct. However the X7 is a Single USIM phone and does not support Dual USIM.
You can check out NokiaVNN.com for steps to hack you phone then you can download font Zoomer from the same website
I would also Suggest you to download UC Browser 7.0 for the X7 and then upgrade it to 7.9 this would give you faster speeds while surfing Internet
