AnonD-8451, 14 May 2011Why cant Nokia use a better processor. The market is using ... more1.2 ghz would be very unnecessary for these phones, that´s why. 600 does just fine. 1,2 ghz would also eat up your batteries in less than a day. Maybe you should grow up instead.

This is a unique design ever introduced by Nokia.this is a contemporary design, i was to buy samsung wave-ii but now i changed my view and i am going to buy this on 1st day.

I love NOKIA Symbian. But android is vry advance... I just hope NOKIA takes Symbian to next level where android seams nothing.....

Sigh...so true what you guys say. I only wish Nokia wud be smart enough to come up with just one more great phone soon.. before all us Nokia fans forget all about them.I stuck with an N95 8GB for nearly 4 years..cos I never felt like I needed anything more; Its display finally conked out and I still havent bought another phone(using a cheap Nokia standby), cos I cant get myself to buy a Samsung..ugh. But Nokia, the X7..its terrible.. $650 USD for sub 1ghz processor..256 MB ram and an 8 MP cam...are they crazy..Is the best they can do..the other companys have Dual Core processors and dedicated video RAM...what are they thinking...sniff..sad..very sad.

The only thing with the nokia phone are.. The GPS.. I find it difficult to you... But Android GPS is quite Awesome...

Everything in this phone is super
But hate when X7 doesn't have auto focus I pity this phone
8MP cam, Dual Flash Why didn't Nokia put auto focus :((

i think you all just need to chill out! these are just mobile phones! they are designed to aid and enhance our daily lives. Some of you guys seem to spend way to much time reading up about them and arguing amongst yourselves! everyone is entitled to their own opinion. i think some of you should get hobbies or friends or maybe even a girlfriend! x

I can't help but smile while reading the comments. Perhaps its true - subconsiously, we are all still "Nokia admirers" deep inside. Most of us probably had Nokia handset as our very 1st mobile phone. And I also find myself clicking the Nokia link here at gsmarena even if I have switched to different platforms. I guess deep inside, I'm still interested with Nokia :) Its easy to use, its definitely NOT the perfect phone (if it exists), but its like going back to something that you really really understand and know. IMHO

i understand your feelings, i am also a nokia/symbian fan. I never had a andr0id ph0ne at the m0ment, buT i really want to try. Im still h0ping that symbian can take it much longer.
Im still undecided to try andr0id ph0ne. And if, i will use it along with my n8.

[deleted post]You know, come to think of it, I may still be a Nokia fan deep inside. I hang out on the Nokia section more often than I hang out on the SGS section. I have an SGS but the first few months I had the device, I want to throw this thing against the wall for various reasons. It was that bad and then I learned how to root the device. Anyways, I just hope Nokia comes back strong and get back into their glory days.

[deleted post]They better not fail. I do not want a two horse race in the smartphone OS sector. Android is getting too powerful and numerous while Apple is cornering the smartphone profits. If Apple releases a cheaper iPhone much like what they did with the iPod Nano then they will disrupt the smartphone market again and squeeze out the other OEMs.
Nokia better get this thing right on the first salvo. It's their last chance and Symbian might not be able to hold on much longer.
