Common phone freeze is due to low battery. Cheers.

Don't forget to download restart buton in Nokia Store like Belle Extra Button, Quick Apps Panel, or a single Restart Button, and restart your phone once in a while to refresh the OS.

I really like nokia X7, and i never had any problem everytime i purchased nokia,but only now i have
got This problem,for this unit, it was hang and it's already 6hours still on hangand i do not know what to do, due to the built-in battery.

Also nokia has failed to give Symbian with power supports (like CPU, GPU, RAM, & big battery) to compete with other OSes.
Actually Symbian is the best mobile OS because it is user friendly, mature, great multi tasking, safe, and power efficient and resource optimized.

bld, 20 May 2013After update to Nokia Belle Refresh my Nokia X7 touchscreen... moreWhen your phone freezes hold the power button for 8 seconds and it will shut down. Then just turn it on again. Also, the default browser can freeze, so maybe use Opera Mini or Opera Mobile instead.

My phone sometimes freezes when i'm using the internet, or sometimes when my battery is low.this is the reason why nokia have moved to windows. and if it freezes again, press and hold the power button,bottom volume button, camera button and menu button for 4-8 secs. It should reset and turn on again. cheers.

Hang problem can be solved by restarting the phone, just long press the power button.
