Well, I don't know why people getting problems after 7-8 months. I know that this device is slow and low-end. I've been using this as daily driver (WhatsApp, Calling, Facebook) and use it for heavy gaming (Asphalt 8, Modern Combat 4, Dead Trigger 2, NFS Most Wanted) and its battery backup is great and I didn't notice any lag in any sort of work. However, this device is slow and doesn't open and load anything faster due to low speed GPU and 32-bit architecture. But this device is completely durable and doesn't get any problem after years. Performance still remains stable after time but slower than any other device in its price range which is obvious. But camera and battery still stands tall in the same price range.

help me...pleaze..:(You can search for it on Google. Just download Stock firmware of your device model number and of latest version(1.2.3.1)(~600MB). Flash it via Nokia Care Suite or Nokia X Flasher while your device is in fastboot mode(Volume Down+Power button).
Alternatively, pull and put the battery quickly and you can go to Recovery Mode(Volume UP+Power button) and do a factory reset (wipe data/cache/dalik). However, this may or may not work.

Its really nice and camera is very clear though its 5mp but very good indeed...not very bulky and is comfortable to carry...battery life is good aswell if u maintain it by having auto brightness...ENJOY IT

I am using NOKIA XL for 7 months . the worst phone i had in my life. when i close my phone, after i open it, i cant view my contacts list for 5-6 hours . when i use internet browser phone freezes sometimes, so i have to put the battery out.
sometimes people phone to me but i cant answer because the phone doesn't open the screen. I will get rid of from nokia xl so soon .

glo, 06 Sep 2015I have this problem too! How to transfer the apps from inte... moreyou can go to settings... then go to apps...then click Manage apps...from here choose an app then choose move to sd card . repeat the process for the other apps... hassle no?!

Hey friends i have noticed that xl dont come with preloaded play store you just have to do is to download it or take it from another android phone via shareit or xender which ever you want
