Deepak SIhag, 24 Jun 2014No, this phone cannot play hd video properly.....its very b... moreit plays 720p without any issue when played using mx player in s/w mode but for 1080p the sound lags a bit than video.

pls dont buy any x series except x2 because the x,x+ and xl are not going get platform X UI 2.0.because of lack of home button.where x2 posses a home button.i bought nokia xl 20 days ago.nokia cheated

Nokia XL is the best phn in this price...
Battery backup is excellent.. (12-13 hour )...
Camera clarity is owsm ( 5 MP )...
Download " 1Mobile market " N get lots of android apps..
All App is support in XL phn..
I thik this is the best phn by nokia..
I used this during 1 mounth
Its never hang.. best phn.. go for it..

Using the flash gives a weird color to the output image. :( aside from that, I have no more problems with this phone. :) I hope we can get an update to the Nokia X platform 2.0. The X2 looks a lot better because of that. Haha

for downloading watsapp.. you have to first download 1 mobile market, when it get downloaded properly, you can download watsapp from "1 mobile Market". Its too easy...
