I personally do not suggest a third-party Launcher bec I feel that it suffocates the mobile and it just keeps on lagging from time to time. Sometimes they work great and softly and sometimes they just get crazy. I tried many Launchers and uninstalled them all :D. This is just my opinion, if it works well with you so that is great. About the notifications,in APUS for example you can download its notification plug in it is for missed calls, msgz and so on but I personally didn't try it. But, sadly for the fastlane you cannot get access to it as far as I know bec I really tried hard. It is part of the main Launcher of XL and you cannot see anything on it while using another launcher. So for Bluetooth you just have to look at the top of the screen when the sharing starts and when it ends as it tells. And if you didnt notice when it finishes just when the sign of bluetooth turns white again so it is done. That is all I know :(. I know I didnt help a lot but I said I share my experience. Have a nice day :) And for my previous comment from a day or something about my suggestions for a better use of XL and that I am a big fan of Nokia, I am a girl not a guy :D

Guys. I am here to give conclusions about something.....please read carefully....
1.First of all Whatsapp app is properly working in Nokia xl.... if anyone facing whatsapp problem...then it is your fault not mobile....
2.Secondly... here I read that some user saying.... it takes long period of time to charge battery...so for them... I advise to use du battery server app....by this app I am able to fully charge my battery within one half hour.
3.Thirdly..... All google apps like play store,you tube,Google map....are working fine....through nokia x manager....try it
4.Fourthly...All hd quality videos are playing well by the use of mx player...in s/w decoder mode...
5.Fifthly....All apps will work properly if you gain root access... like live wallpaper will be work
And finally I want to say I have a problem on my nokia xl that I never over come from it.... when I use third-party launchers I am unable to see notifications.... but I tried some notification apps like inoty app but I am unable to see notification of download while downloading .... not showing notification of blue tooth sharing..... I again tried nokia x notification app but it is not working properly... if someone have solution for this pls reply here

-For who cannot download anything bec of the small memory use UC browser Mini bec it has the option to download right to the External memory(Settings> Advanced> Downloads).. This browser sometimes cannot open few sites probably so for better browsing use Firefox but firefox doesnt have the option of saving on an External memory and by the way both browsers can save bookmarks. When you use PC Browser use google to search for whatever you want and for apps just add APK to your search.
- To open videos which cannot be opened on XL use MX Player.
- For better pictures you have dozens of apps like Retrica, BeautyPlus, B612 and others.
- If you cannot find at all any app you want you ll have no other choice except for a third party store which ll save to the internal memory. Mobigenie has almost everything.
- For folders managing use the preinstalled Astro file manager. You can put songs, videos and pictures on the external memory through it.
- When you Download an app or game and install it, delete its apk from the astro if you downloaded it through a browser to save more space.
- For a longer battery life reduce the brightness.
- If Whatsapp does not work try Whatsapp Plus.
*These info are not from a professional, they are just from my personal use and trials. I am a big fan of Nokia. So, I was just suggesting more options to make your XL better, and I am not responsible for anything :D.. But, seriously these info were so helpful for me. I wish I helped even a lil... I think nokia xl is the worst phone by nokia. To stay with their reputation they should recall all nokia xl from market.
I am struggling from the day I purchased it. Now they should take this bold decision
From last two day whats app is not working on my phone.
What to do?
This happened second time.
Nokia people says u ask whatsapp.
Whats app says u ask nokia.
The only option is either to burn this phone. Or u exchane it.
