urbus tanur, 25 Feb 2014Increase the ram,ppi,and video 480p to 1080p.also the price.If directly high end phones are launched and people don't like them it would be huge loss for nokia so they launched budget smartphones.
High end droids from nokia may come in future so just wait and watch.

If you hate the Windows Phone-like UI, then maybe you can install/sideload Android launchers like GO Launcher.
