People who complain about Phone (1) - mind you that it's a brand new phone and company, also it's a mid range phone with mid range price.
I have this phone since the release and it has been great, some little bugs, but were fixed via software update. It's a great phone for a daily use people.

After the latest updates, did the sound quality via wireless or wired headphones improve?
      Does anybody noticed that?

Hi. i am very interested in this kind of phone but the only thing is
no SD card support. i need it because i like taking pictures and videos .. no plug for the headset and this is very important tome because i really like listening music. no available charger( they said that we can use any charger, but i don't trust any charger devices unless it was provided.)

After using one month i still love this phone more than samsung s 22 ultra in the past:) This phone is not for everyone:)

This company tried to become famous by using an unusual name, but it failed. This failure will be completed soon.

Really bad experience. Phone is not up to the hype. Glyphs are pointless. Phone is too bulky. Fingerprint sensor very inreliable, screen often goes a weird colour. Battery doesn't last well.

And worse is their customer support. It's "nothing" by name and actions. Waiting 7 weeks for a refund.

I wouldn't got near this company with a barge pole. Clear case over over promising and delivering "nothing"

Anonymous, 24 Aug 2022Good design should be invisible is quite the statement. T... moreYeah, you know what I meant. It's weird I haven't noticed your comment earlier.

To clarify my first comment, it's basically what you said. I have a background in architecture and graphic design but I'm not an expert in these areas. But our instructors repeatedly taught us the concept of good design. At least that's what I've learned.

Good design is invisible in a sense that you don't even notice it because it just works intuitively. The phone's hardware design, specifically the outer shell, is decorative. It's not invisible, therefore, it doesn't convey nothingness.

The software should also be nothing but plain simple and functional, with little to no decorations at all.

Anonymous, 19 Aug 2022There's Nothing special about this after allYeah. They should have opted for a pure Android OS and remove the glitz to cut down the price. The flash and battery indicator LEDs on the back might stay. Headphone jack and a more curved, less-iphony look should have been considered. This is a crowd pleaser.

What I like about it is the branding and the placement of the front-facing camera. Selfie cam in the middle of the screen looks awkward and intrusive. This phone's hardware is very pleasant. Looking at the UI, I think it's still good but I'd like to use a more functional Stock Android experience.

Bionic Chip, 23 Aug 2022"Nothing" should be invisible when it comes to ha... moreGood design should be invisible is quite the statement.
Too bad on the hardware front, it literally makes no sense.
On the software front? Yes. Agreed. And it is.

Please do note that I didn't write YOU don't make sense.
I said IT. And is meant to be taken as such.

If it was meant that good design should be more recessed, aesthetically pleasing in a manner worthy of beholding rather than being a juvenile awe-inducer, then I think I understand what you mean. Perhaps your comment intended to communicate that style lives in a realm of its own, away from mere swagger.
                        No?

I happen to enjoy looking at it for the encased textures alone personally, and tend to keep the glyphs off. Cus yes, it do be flashy, literally and figuratively.

                        Lastly, the Stock Android thing.
I'm glad nobody rocks true stock no more, usually.
The little utilitarian additives going a miss eventually tend to sully the whole experience intended in the first place. It ends up being actually simple instead of what most folk want or mean when the wish for stock..that'd be the plain-ness.

Simplicity at the cost of omissions making it inconvenient for most, as a lot of what's add-on is largely usually expected by a whole bunch of users out there, would have been the wrong way to go about imo.

"Nothing" should be invisible when it comes to hardware and software design.
                          It failed in both aspects.

                          1) Hardware: flashy and decorative. Ironically, it deviates from what it's supposed to be. Good design is invisible; this one is way too decorative.

                          2) Software: custom Android skin. They should have decided to use Stock Android to be truly "nothing."

For anyone complaining about the need for Bluetooth headset, Marshall Major IV, I've charged them twice since I got them 5 months ago. They have crazy battery life and charge thru USB C or wireless. Best headphones 👍

                                Or even portable

a though phone are basically tablet sized now hardly portable enough either

I was saying hardware and software wise same expectations and should have the same capabilities

You pay for the hardware and software and filters phone by specs and price and try to maximize your value for money
